ホテルスタッフの方はとても親切で、とても丁寧な対応をして頂いたので、とても気持ちよく滞在できました。- 部屋からの眺望もすばらしく、設備も十分に整っており、また非常に清潔でした。次に、プラハに行くときも必- ずこのホテルに宿泊したいと思います。 |

スタッフはとても親切で、部屋はとても清潔でした。朝食の場所もステキで、食事も美味しかったです。 部屋が清潔感があり、広くてよかったのですが窓が少なくて暗い感じがしました。車で行くのには道が分かりづ- らくちょっと大変でした。 |

市街の中心で観光には大変便利。車で行っても担当者が所定の駐車場に保管してくれました。 ホテルへの不満ではありませんが、街の道路が一方通行が多く複雑で、行き着くのの結構時間を要しました。 |

Excellent location right in the centre of the city. Friendly staff that were very friendly and helpfull and also had excellent english. Minor leak coming from the shower but when the problem was realised an exchange of rooms was ffer so the problem was dealt with very well and quickly. |

Very good room with exceptional view to the old square. The location of the Hotel is very good, near to everything you will want to see in Prague. The breakfast was very good. The room was in a good condition. |

The best part of the stay was the helpful staff at the Ventana hotel. Also as i was staying at the hotel for a long period they were nice enough to give me an upgrade. The breakfast and room service selection was rather poor but it definitely did not distract from the fact that the hotel was excellent. |

Simply perfect, excellent location, yet quite, very comfortable, spotless, hot /cold buffet breakfast great variety.Booked the junior suite attic loft and it was huge. We could see the castle spires from our bed! Excellent personnel everyone was friendly and helpful.We hated to leave! After 3 days we felt that we were leaving family! Especially Katca at the desk. The hotel position was excellent and our room was large and comfortable with a lovely view. Hotel staff were obliging and the breakfast was good. It was ok for a short city trip, but lack of a restaurant or room service was a minus, as was the small public rooms with no lounge or other facilities. |

Service was pretty good. At the time of check-in, we were provided w/ city map, city guide and tour information that was really helpful for us, Prague beginners. And also the location is marvelous. We could see the old town square and the road of King from the room and felt we’re just in the heart of Prague. |
