The staff was efficient, friendly and most helpful. The room was excellent -- spacious, with a view, clean and comfortable. Location is great! I booked a rate in Euro but I paid I in czk . |

The location is good; along a river and close to the Pupp hotel. It was easy to walk into town from there. The reception can only be contacted by phone, the door bell was not answered. Our room was not cleaned regularly. Breakfast could be more generous in comparison to other hotels in the region. |

schlichte Pension, Renovierungsbedürftig, bunt zusammengestellte Möbel , abgeschlossener Parkplatz, der nur bis um 20 Uhr geöffnet ist, danach muss man sein Auto auf der Straße parken, obwohl es 6 € am Tag kostet,überhöhte Preise für Mitnahme eines Hundes (12€) |

Vynikající snídaně, velký rozsah nabízených potravin, pečiva, uzenin, nápojů-jediné co bych vytknul na snídaních: konkrétní pokoj-konkrétní stůl, velký problém s obsazenými stoly. |

de ligging, goed ontbijt De foto's op internet zagen er mooier uit dan de werkelijkheid. De kamers zijn niet bijzonder. Slechte douche.Geen zwembad of zonneterras. De deuren waren de hele dag op slot dus buiten op het terras zitten ging niet. Internet op de kamer (wlan) werkte niet goed. Wifi is niet goed aangesloten. |

ruhige Lage am Fluss, hübsche Zimmereinrichtung kleines Bad und winziges Zimmer ( haben vermutlich Einzelzimmer für 2 Personen bekommen) . Frühstück nicht ausreichend (Kaffeee schlecht,wenig Auswahl), Personal sprach kaum Deutsch. Chef hat sich bei Beschwerde über defektes Lattenrost nicht kundenfreundlich verhalten. Er unterstellte, dass wir Bett zerstört hätten und hat keinen Preisnachlass gewährt, sondern - im Gegenteil - drohte mit Schadenersatz. Frechheit. |

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä ja sinne oli autolla helppo löytää. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, vaikka yhteistä kieltä ei ollutkaan. Sänky oli karmea meidän huoneessamme! Aamiainen vaatimaton kolmen tähden hotelliksi. Hotelli ei mielestämme ollut kolmen tähden arvoinen. |

Nærheten til luksuriøse Grand Hotel Pupp og den italienske restauranten over veien. Bedre støvsuging, bedre rengjøring av kjøkken og toaletter ved resepsjonen. |

De ligging ten opzichte van de stad, de ambiance van het gebouw, de mogelijkheden om in de tuin te zitten bij de rivier Personeel wist nergens van (niets eens hoe je moest betalen), gast onvriendelijk (na 8 uur moet je over een hoog hek klimmen om nog iets uit je auto te pakken, tuin werd niets aangedaan). ongastvrij, niet gevoelvan welkom |

mein aufenthalt im appartment der villa basileia war ganz einfach auf abenteurlichste weise wundervoll & auf ganz besondere art zauberhaft... alle mitarbeiter des hotels waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit & gastfreundlich. |
