This villa is beautifully situated in the protected landscape of Slavkovský, the heartbeat of a holiday resort which provides a wide variety of recreational activities.

Such a supreme location offers charming natural surroundings which feature forests and parks, gloriously beneficial fresh air and the curative effects of pure springs, the ideal environment for a healthy, relaxing and satisfying stay. These positive aspects are continued in the pleasant homely atmosphere of the guest house, which will endeavour to ensure that you experience a memorable time and grant you the opportunity to unwind.

For the more active among you, the region contains skiing routes, natural parks and sporting facilities. There are plenty of cultural attractions in the area including castles, renowned spa towns and monumental architecture. However there is a terrace with views of a deer park and you will also have the benefit of the nearby Krakonoš Hotel and its amenities.

Food & beverage

Our coffee lounge houses a capacity of 18 seats. It is a pleasant place where we serve breakfast and snacks to our guests. During the summer there is a garden terrace which offers a picturesque view of a fallow deer park. You can spend a romantic night sitting in front of our outdoor fireplace. For full board you can use the facilities in the Krakonoš Hotel.

The villa disposes of 4 double rooms and a fully-furnished 4-bedded apartment.

Area information

The attractions in the near vicinity include: the manor house of the Prince Metternich in Lázně Kynžvart, Teplá monastery founded in 1193 and Bečov castle with its Romanesque shrine of St. Moor, as well as the world-renowned spa towns of Karlovy Vary and Františkovy Lázně, and the medieval towns of Loket with its castle and Cheb with its architectural treasures.

The holiday resort in the near neighbourhood of the villa is a bright area for sport and recreational activities. There is a system of marked walking and cycling routes and natural ponds in the forest park. The hippodrome area features horse riding and there are tennis and volleyball courts in the area of Miniatur Park.1 km from the hotel there is an 18-hole golf course founded by King Edward VII. By the course there are also cross-country skiing routes. The ski slopes are lit for evening skiing and there is a lift 200 metres away.

The Krakonoš Hotel 200 metres away offers an indoor swimming pool and spa treatments.

Monika Solo traveler Köln, Germany April 19, 2011	Die Wirtin ist freundlich; spricht gut Deutsch und Englisch. Wenn man mal einen Wunsch ausser der Reihe hat, dann versucht sie, diesen zu erfüllen. Positiv war auch, dass keine Anzahlung gemacht werden musste und man sich Überweisungen usw sparen konnte. Die Gegend ist sehr erholsam und ruhig.Ab 14:00Uhr kann man im eigenen Cafe kleine Snacks zu sich nehmen. Schön auch der Reiterhof ums Eck und für die, die es mögen, ist sogar Golfen möglich. Ideal zum Ausspannen, Rehe gucken und Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Alle Zimmer liegen gen Tal(Westen) und man kann Sonnenuntergänge bestaunen. Die sanitäre Einrichtung war bei mir etwas kaputt; aber nix großartiges. Muss ja nicht in allen Zimmern so sein. Für Menschen, die viel Wald um sich nicht gewöhnt und ängstlicher Natur sind, bietet es sich an, die Wirtin um ein Zimmer im ersten Stock zu bitten. Von dort aus kann man auch das Wildgehege besser beobachten und die Sonnenuntergänge. Frühstücken bzw Vollpension kann man im Krakonos ein paar Meter weiter. Da ich Vegetarierin bin, fand ich dort auf der Speisekarte nicht viel Auswahl. Anonymous Family with older children Germany October 4, 2011	Schöne Pension mitten im Kaiserwald, sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, nahe einem Miniaturpark, einem Wildgehege und dem Hotel Krakonos. Supernette, sehr gut deutsch sprechende Besitzerin, tolles Frühstück mit Brot, Brötchen, Kuchen, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Cornflakes, Quark, Milch.... Wir konnten ohne Aufschlag bar in € bezahlen. Die Zimmer (wir hatten 2 Doppel- und 1 Zweibettzimmer) sind für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut ausreichend, Badezimmer zum Teil recht klein (besonders Dusche in Zimmer 2), Betten bequem.
