The room was in the old grand style of hotels, very comfortable and a lovely forest view. Staff were excellent and even sent a jacket left behind to France for us. The only thing that was lacking was information on the facilities regarding massages and spa treatments in English, however the staff were helpful in explaining what was available.

Beschwerde! 4 Zimmer gebucht und 2 Zimmer standen nur zur Verfügung. Man hätte per e-mail uns vorher informieren können!!!! Wir waren ein Verein und wollten gern das Wochenende zusammen verbringen!!!!!

Die Lage ist gut. Frühstuck ist als mittel zu bewerten, kein Obst, kein Gebäck, Kaffee ist eher schlecht. Getrenntes Bad ist unbequem. Zimmer wird nicht wikrlich sauber gemacht. Die Gläser wurden nicht gespült, die Handtücher nicht gewechselt, nur die Betten wurden gemacht.

Останавливались на две ночи. Есть бесплатная парковка. Расположен в 10минутах пешком от колонады. Стоит на горочке. Рядом парк. Красивый и удобный номер. Хорошее отношение персонала. Завтраки скудноваты, но голодными не останетесь. Для трех звезд очень хороший отель.

Klid, pohodlí, čistota, milý personál u snídaně. Snídaně se podávala ve stísněných prostorách, které nebyly přizpůsobeny počtu návštěvníků. O termosku kávy jsme se u malého stolečku dělili s důchodcem z Německa. Byl objednán dvoulůžkový pokoj s manželskou postelí, ale realita byla pokoj s dvěma oddělenými lůžky.

Velmi sympatický, klidný hotel - vila, vše pohodové, personál velmi ochotný a vtřícný. Většina ubytovaných starší sousedé z Německa, dvě rodiny z Ruska - my jediní češi. Za rozumný peníz velmi dobré služby. Velmi sympatické - v chladných dnech a nocích přitápěli - a to byl červenec ! Napsal jsem to již jako námět na zlepšení služeb do hotelového dotazníku, ne jako stížnost: 1. župany dle nabídky měli být na pokoji - museli jsme si o ně říci, 2. na wc, které má sice odvětrání, ale nemá okno by měl být osvěžovač vzduchu nebo něco podobného(koupili jsme si) 3. dost jsem postrádal na pokoji lžíci na obouvání 4. na hotelu tohoto typu by měla být na pokoji minilednička Dost mně vadilo, že jsem po blokaci musel uvést druh a číslo platební karty, vč.kódu - pro hotel. Je nebezpečí zneužití a doufám, že po mém pobytu tuto identifikaci smazali !!!

Kamers zeer ruim, ontbijt prima Avondeten was zeer slecht,Avondeten werd in speed-tempo opgediend.(ongeveer 30 minuten voor 3gangen menu)

krasne velke pokoje, super pohodlne postele, LCD obrazovka, mala lahev bohemia sektu na privitanou; snidane ok, krasna poloha hotelu, parkoviste zdarma zadne, pouze snad, ze ac se zarizeni jmenuje "SPA", saunu nemají :-(

Wir beide, 70 Jahre, hatten einen Kurzwellnessurlaub von vier Tagen im Juni 2011 gebucht. Die Villa Regent in Marienbad können wir auch nach dieser kurzen Zeit sehr gut weiter empfehlen. Am besten gefallen hat uns die gepflegte, familiäre Atmosphäre, die zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage und die med. Anwendungen durch freundliches, kompetentes Personal. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Haus, und es wird deutsch gesprochen. Das Essen ist schmackhaft und reichlich. Wer Abendunterhaltung und Tanz sucht, sollte sich außer Haus umschauen. Es gab zwar an einem Abend eine ansprechende musikalische Umramung während des Essens, da diese aber nicht angekündigt war, hatten die meisten Gäste schon etwas anderes geplant und das Restaurant leider vorzeitig verlassen. Alles in allem hat es uns jedoch sehr gut gefallen, und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
