Hôtel situé dans un très bon quartier (calme, propre et sûr) et à proximité du château (15 mn à pied) et d'une station de métro (7 mn à pied) desservant la place de la vielle ville à 2 arrêts. Hôtel propre et confortable. Personnel aimable et serviable. Parking gratuit et surveillé très apprécié. Unique inconvénient : peu de choix au petit déjeuner. |

La chambre spacieuse, décorée avec gout, écran plat, home cinema Le ménage dans la chambre n'est pas fait, l'hotel est en bord de route et en face d'un bar très animé, ce qui fait qu'au final c'est un peu bruyant, même si ça reste supportable |

Hôtel confortable et agréable, service de chambre excellent, petit déjeuner conséquent. A peine 15 minutes du château, 10 minutes des tramway et métro. La chambre est spacieuse, le wifi y fonctionne mais la connexion Internet reste un peu lente. Le restaurant est un peu cher. L'hotel est vraiment calme. Dommage que personne n'y parle français. Le parking est sur le troittoir, surveillé par vidéo. |

The crew was freindly and ready to help. The restaurant is a nice place to seat. The breakfast was good. Our room (3 beds) was showing signs of humidity. |

We like only the food at the restaurant. The room was really different from what we expected from the website's picture. it did'nt meet 4 star hotel standard quality specially for the bed & tidiness service. The reception staff are available but need to show more smile and less rigid. For the price that I paid, We can found a better hotel for our new year's party. |

The member of staff were really nice and helpful, the breakfast was good, however the hotel needs to be refreshed as the pictures on the website do not represent the fact. The room was really old, the towel provided had seen better days, hair was found on the bathroom floor on our arrival, the state of the room was not clean (sheet or towels) and a cot was outside our door through the all stay, this is a shame as the hotel could be so much more with a bit of redecoration, but the cleaner needs to do their job. |

The hotel is very difficult to find and most of the taxi drivers don't know where it is. There is a lot of noise from the pub in front until 1.00 everyday (both week and weekend). The restaurant closes at 22 |

WiFi, free breakfast, free parking (although parking area was tiny and outside in a part of the world where car thefts/break-ins are common). Decent part of town. About a 10-minute walk to the metro. The A/C was cranked down as far as it would go, but didn't seem to be working. Couldn't open the window for air due to road noise and mosquitoes. Towels were kind of rough and frayed. |

The size of the rooms. The beds. Dysfunctioning air condition at one of the rooms made it impossible to use this room. We thus had to stay 5 people in one room at a price reduction of Euro 76 only for four nights. This was unreasonable considering we had to stay in 3 beds as ordered in advance for this room. The food in the restaurant was not good at high prices, and complaints did not result in price reduction. |

the breakfast was great, and the free internet, as well as the barmans prompt service, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast lady was very hot!!! the laundry sevice isnt the best, and very expencive, took two days to get our washing back. |
