Only 10minutes to Exhibition hall by car. Inside building and room is well refurbished and all facilities look new and clean. Free Internet. Good enough level of breakfast. Washing machine is equipped in bath room.

The staff at reception should have been more frendly. If staffs were proffesionally trained in terms of hospitality, I would like to stay this hotel again to visit the same fair.

Brand new, clean rooms. Wi-fi everywhere.

The room and facilities were very stylish and immaculately presented, the staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day.

The fact that it´s really new hotel, so the bathroom is new and has good shower. Confortable beds and pilows. Good breakfast!

The staff is really unprepared to give you any information, the internet (wi-fi) that was supposed to work in the entire hotel (even in the rooms) was not working anywhere!!! The staff didn´t know how much I would spend for calling my country from the room, and they, in the end, said that they didn´t know how many minutes I spent on the phone, that means they can steal your money as much as they want, because they just charge and no information!

Very comfortable hotel, friendly and helpful personel. Personel at reception speak good english, which means that possible guest won`t have any problem for communication with them. Breakfast was also good, tasteful and well prepared. Hotel prices are good and comparable with hotel service. At reception is possible to pursue tram tickets and change currency from euro to Czeck krona. I would recomend this hotel to everybody for sure. Good value for money.

Price. Some people right, that the hotel is in between old communistic blocks. In my opinion the hotel himself is an old block after a good renovation. So it's not a wonder that the view around the hotel is like it is. But the area is in my opinion safe. Small tip: who search nearby a restaurant with a more flair, 750m from the hotel is a restaurant with one of the best pizza (wooden stove) and fresh food as well as fresh Pilsner Urquell beer. Out of the hotel, opposite direction of the city. Place call Moname. Nice place by the forest outside.

My room has been without air condition, when the sun shines in the morning no chance to resist. It's getting hotter with every minute. A bit far from City Center.

Modern hotel. Perfect breakfast.

Wireless internet in the room has weak signal. Was working only near the doors.

Hotel was very clean, personell helpfull - great sauna ( looks brand new and when You book 4* apartment it`s free of charge )Location a little distant from the city center but there is a tram stop Hudcova right next to the hotel and tram line number 1 will take You straight downtown

This hotel really needs an air conditioning.When we stayed there it wasn`t that warm so it was fine in rooms but in case You`ll go there when it`s hot - you will suffer.No idea why 4 start apartment caould have no ac. Breakfast was a little poor and when you show up aprox one hour before they stop to server breakfast they didn`t fill up the dishes with food so You had to take what`s left. But breakfast is a small complain really - if I want to eat well i`d go to restaurant - simple as that

The Sauna

On arrival are sheets and duvet were not clean. I asked for them to be changed. I was told can i wait to tomorrow. Hell no was my response. The bath had long blonde hair present. The breakfast and some of the staff looking miserable. The breakfast finishes at 10am and the only hot food they had was eggs and frankfurters there are more cakes and pasteries then breakfast type food. It was the same food everyday. In the apartment they do provide a kettle, cutlery,cups,mugs and plates but no pots and pans to use on the cooker which does not make sense. There is a plasma tv but not one single english channel The internet connection in the room is very poor so had to use the only one pc they had in the lobby

The room was nice, well furnished, the bathroom was very good. We did use the restaurant of the hotel, it was much better than ecpected, the food was great, staff was kind. We used the sauna also, ( the cost of this was a little bit high compared to other hotels, where the use of this facility normally included in the room's price ), it was great.
