friendly staff, large breakfast choice, nice bathroom I did not like the reception but I think (believe) it is under reconstruction. I prefer to have an free internet access in room |

Very close to tram stations, easy to locate, plentiful breakfast, and small grocery store open after midnight just around the corner. Poor craftsmanship with the carpet and shower stall, it leaked water all over the floor and with the water damage it definitely wasn't the first time this occurred. |

location, tram stations in front of the hotel, it was quiet, the breakfast; the rooms have TV, real double bed, hair blower, and except for the carpet are clean, a couple of stops away from a shopping center (Flora) the carpet is not clean, the wireless internet is only available in the reception area, TV has only 9 channels |

It was excellent value for money, located about ten minutes from the centre was in a great location because everything was a little bit cheaper around the hotel. Stafff were pretty friendly. My bed sheets were a little dirty each day and in our bathroom the shower head was attatched with tape. However it was good value for money if all you want is a cleanish room and somehwhere to sleep. |

Very good value for money. The breakfast is good. A little bit far from the city center, but close to the main bus station. The room isn't exceptional clean. Most receptionists cannot speak english, so it could be hard to get any service or information. |

Breakfast with a good variety of dishes. There was a ticket machine for tram and bus tickets just outside the reception, but the receptionist refused to change bank notes to coins, so we could not use the machine, which caused a lot of inconvenience. This is very bad service. The nearest shops sold 75 minute tickets, but we needed one day tickets. The receptionist referred to something she called "Trafika", but it wasn't until the last day that I realised that she was talking of tobacco shop called Trafika which sold one day bus and tram tickets. By then it was too late. |

It was a very good hotel. Friendly staff. Good quality. Comfortable and quiet room. Excellent public transportation (tram/metro) to the centre. Cheap hotel, but in its class it was top! |

Good location although a little out of the City Centre. Very easy to get into the centre via the tram that stops outside the Hotel. Ticket machine is also opposite the entrance to the Hotel. About a 15 tram ride into the centre, that costs about 70p. Rooms were exactly as described, good sized bathroom with clean facilities. Generally excellent low cost break hotel. The staff on reception could have smiled a bit more. Other than that the only other minor issue was that the carpet in the bedroom was a bit dirty. |

itis closely located to the centrum and accessible to transportations the shower did work properly and when staff were requested to check nobody came until check out |

The hotel did not have enough parking and we had to pay extra for parking in a public place several blocks away. They recommended the parking area and it did not have any lighting. it was a dirt parking lot and did not look safe. |

I found thee hotel a lot better than I expected, after reading some the bad reviews on various sights. Location is good and very close to the centre, it takes approx 10-15mins on the tram into the centre of Prague itself, so I found that more than adeqaute, and the tram is easy to use. The only thing I would say was that the carpet had a few stains on it, which on cream carpet shows up, but the room itself was very clean, and large with plenty of storage space. The only other thing the Television signal was down for the last day of my stay, but it wasn't too much of a problem for me personally. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you looking to travel on a budget and you looking for a pretty central hotel.. |

The most terrible hotel I ever stayed in. The room was dirty. When we entered the room there were no bedding (it arrived after an hour). There was strong smell of cigarets in the whole floor, despite the fact we asked the room for not smoking. There was no minibar. The hotel presents itself as 4 stars, but even hotels of 2 stars are more comfortable and look much better than this. |

We enjoyed thecomfort and the heat. The rooms are basic but great value for money. There could have been tea and coffee facilities in the rooms would have been good. Could get no english channels on the tv and again no tea coffee facitities in rooms |
