Everything was ok. Very good breakfast buffet.

The parking is a bit far away, but acceptable.

Nearness to clinic I was visiting, room was nice and quiet (I asked for a room not overlooking main road and this was supplied)

This is the third time I have stayed at Voronez 1. On this occasion, I noted the prices for a 2 night stay had increased dramatically - probably the rate per night had almost doubled. When I arrived, I found that the hotel had turned itself into an exhibition centre. The whole reception area was full of exhibition stands, tables with refreshments, hundreds of people swarming around - literally no room to move. This went on for the 3 days I was there. When I wanted to sit in the reception area, there were no chairs to sit on - they had all been removed. The grill bar, where I normally eat, had been closed. If I had known all this in advance, would have stayed somewhere else.

Room was clean, restaurant good and bar open late. Staff available and serviable, what a shame there is no air-conditionning!

No air-conditionning in the room so far too hot in the room and light curtain so room very bright in the morning especially on east where you are wake-up by the sun at 5:00 AM.

... but state of the art interior sets right reputation. Do not be discouraged by the exterior, this hotel is commendable.

Tacky exterior of the hotel makes bad first impression...

Pokoje bez klimatizace. Nedostatečný snídaňový bufet.

Grande delusione, all'apparenza sembrava un ottimo albergo , ma in realta la camera assegnata era senza aria condizionata e era esposta tutto il giorno a sud inoltre ero con mio figlio disabile in carrozzina e loro come niente fosse mi anno assegnato una camera normale con un bagno di un metro quadro e solo io coso ho dovuto fare per lavare mio figlio spero che le mie considerazioni siano da voi prese in seria considerazione per risolvere queste gravi carenze

ero a Brno per vedere il modiale superbike, la posizione ottima visto che nelle immediate vicinanze della pista non ci sono strutture, ottima birreria vicina all'hotel, personale accorto e discreto, veramente tutto ok

Хороший персонал, очень хороший завтрак, удобное расположение.

В номерах нет кондиционеров, кроме верхних 2х этажей (за доп плату). В нашем случае мы переехали в комнату с кондиционером, но он не работал! Далее в баре отеля в момент нашего посещения было 6 старых страшных проституток, что они там делают - непонятно. Это было не очень приятно.
