I loved the panoramic view of the hotel and the comfortable room. I enjoyed the fruits they offered upon my arrival. Finally i enjoyed the sauna, massage and whirlpool. The variaty of food at breakfast was not wide.During using Spa center Thermarium i did not have my privacy because people having massage went in and out of the Spa center. |

Very good views through the window. Warm and clean room. Good location very near main pedestrian street. Spa facilities were not in service during my stay. Hotel is on a hill. |

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, welches außerdem sehr gut deutsch spricht. Herrlicher Panoramablick aus meinem Zimmer. Tolle Lage und schönes Ambiente. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Parkmöglichkeit (gegen Aufpreis), mir hat gefallen, dass man die Bilder der Überwachungskamera des Parkplatzes auch im TV Gerätes im Zimmer ansehen konnte. Großes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. |

отличное расположение, прекрасный вид на первый источник и Теплу, для любителей Карловых Вар просто великолепно. "двухспальная кровать" - составлена из двух односпальных и линия Маннергейма между ними, это просто шедевр))). Мебель конечно не свежая. |

Eğer şehir tarafına bakan bir odayı aldıysanız ; Otelin bulunduğu yer ve manzarası gayet iyi idi.(Eğer arabanız var ise) Otelin spa merkezi vardığımızda 1 hafta boyunca çalışmıyor idi.Ve bu bize rezervasyon sırasında belirtilmemişti.Otel yönetimine şikayetçi olduğumuzu belirttiğimizde de sadece yüzümüze baktılar.Otelden ayrılırken bu konu yüzünden indirim yapmalarını istedik.Otopark ücretini almayıp %10 indirim yaptılar.Ancak spa olmadan ödediğimiz fiyat halen bölgedeki diğer otellere nazaran yüksekti. |

Lo mejor de este de hotel es que su situacion es excelente. Engaña la categoría del hotel. Hay telas de araña en la habitacion por los rincones. Los servicios de este hotel en temporada baja no existen. No hay explicacion para que un hotel de 4 estrellas no hable nadie ingles. |
