Very good views through the window. Warm and clean room. Good location very near main pedestrian street. Spa facilities were not in service during my stay. Hotel is on a hill. |

Lage des Hotels mit Blick auf Karlsbad. Restaurant hatte ohne Ankündigung am 2. Abend nicht offen. Der Wellnessbereich hatte geschlossen. Mussten ins Nachbarhotel |

Eğer şehir tarafına bakan bir odayı aldıysanız ; Otelin bulunduğu yer ve manzarası gayet iyi idi.(Eğer arabanız var ise) Otelin spa merkezi vardığımızda 1 hafta boyunca çalışmıyor idi.Ve bu bize rezervasyon sırasında belirtilmemişti.Otel yönetimine şikayetçi olduğumuzu belirttiğimizde de sadece yüzümüze baktılar.Otelden ayrılırken bu konu yüzünden indirim yapmalarını istedik.Otopark ücretini almayıp %10 indirim yaptılar.Ancak spa olmadan ödediğimiz fiyat halen bölgedeki diğer otellere nazaran yüksekti. |

Lo mejor de este de hotel es que su situacion es excelente. Engaña la categoría del hotel. Hay telas de araña en la habitacion por los rincones. Los servicios de este hotel en temporada baja no existen. No hay explicacion para que un hotel de 4 estrellas no hable nadie ingles. |

Beste Aussicht auf Karlsbad. Ruhige Lage. Die Fensteraussenseite gehört von Spinnhäuten befreit.Die Zufahrtsstraße ist nur mit Mühe zu bewältigen. |
