Spacious room, good location, free internet, clean and great breakfast Staff were not proactively helpful, no information provided on hotel facilities or area, no compensation for the pool being out of action, no snacks available in cafe, just drinks and no one on reception when checking out so had to wait 15 mins just so we could pay mini bar bill. |

I booked a suite and I expected to have a relaxing time in the room's bath, but instead they ruined my holidays.I Hung up the "please make up my room" which was written in 4 languages but the stuff, untill 1330 did not cleaned my room. I mentioned it at the reception and left and when I returned the receptionist waited for me with a note written in english saying that if I wanted my room cleaned I should not hung up the "don't disturb please". When I went to the room, was as I've left it. When I asked at least a towel and shampoo, she only gave me a pare of towels. I wonder who gives stars in Czech hotels given that 1) room service is not available in the afternoon 2) the stuff can't communicate in English 3) They can't provide you shampoo. |

Nice breakfast, variety of food, welness center offering huge number of treatments, professional staff at welness center The hotel didnt have our Booking.com reservation but the problem solved imediately |

su ubicacion. el trato del staff. la recepcionista no hablaba ingles, y algunas dudas que teniamos sobre la ciudad la unica cosa que nos dieron fue un mapa, incapaces de explicar que hacer, donde ir, y de los servicios del hotel tampoco nos explicaron gran cosa. gente seria. |

Hotel muy céntrico, al lado de Thermal y de la promenada. Habitación con vistas y muy agradable y cómoda. Un poco complicado para llegar con el coche por lo empinada que es la cuesta. Pero no imposible. |

Das Hotel Ambiente war überbelegt, so wurden wir im Nachbarhotel President 10mtr. weiter untergebracht. Das Ganze verlief reibungslos. Wir hatten keinerlei Nachteile dadurch. |

Centraal gelegen Niemand was Duits of Engels machtig. Op de dag van vertrek werden we (in het restaurant) om 06.52 uur onvriendelijk aangesproken omdat het ontbijt pas om 07.00 uur was. Een aanwezige (en reeds met een bord bezig zijnde) vrouw werd niet aangesproken. Een dag eerder was om 07.10 uur een hele meute al aan het eten en waren enkele lekkere dingen al op. |

Достаточно обильные и вкусные завтраки, чистота, красивый вид из окна, большой номер, в котором были тапочки и белоснежные халаты, джакузи и душ в номере одновременно, хорошее расположение. Поставить кондиционеры. |

Muy bien situado Lo siento pero este hotel se vende como un spa y lo único que tiene es un jacuzzi y algunos pax para el cuidado femenino. El hotel en si está bien y tiene un buen desayuno variado pero fuimos pensando en el spa y nada de nada. Que no os engañen porque en Karlovy Vary a todo lo llaman balneario y no es lo que aquí entendemos por eso. |

Ligger i en wellness-by Hotelpersonale skulle være bedre til at tale engelsk eller tysk. Flere tider til massage og wellness på hotellet ellers skal man vide man skal booke inden og dermed skal de have prisliste osv. på hotellets hjemmeside, hvis de har en sådan? |
