On the day of our check-out, my boyfriend and I were able to leave our luggage in a locked closet behind the reception desk for the day at no cost. This way we were able to utilize our time in Prague to the fullest without lugging all of our stuff around or paying for an additional night!
The walls are kind of thin and you can hear people talking/walking around in the hallways quite clearly. There's also a train station nearby, which is convenient but also rather noisy at times. Overall, great home base for exploring Prague!
Check out time 10:30 is very early and causing inconvenience
good free breakfast and the location is very convenient. the room is clean and OK compare to what you pay.
we are a couple and wanted to stay in double bed room but they gave as two single beds in a room.
nice rooms, average breakfast, clean
noise from trams, staff so-so, no parking during our stay due to construction.
Room was large and faced an internal courtyard. Restaurant at the front of the building was very good.
Staff helpfulness varied greatly.
1, Hotel has very good location in the city center. 2, Breakfast was o.k. 3, Room was spacious and clean. 4, Very good value for money.
Tram is very close to the hotel. You should book a room oriented into the yard, which is o.k.
It was really close to the center and to a lot of shops and restaurants
Too close to a tram station so the noise was pretty loud and often annoying
Cheap hotel with excellent location
The tram line is very noisy
This place was extremely cheap when we booked, very central and had nice helpful staff.
You get what you pay for - the facilities were perfectly acceptable, but not going to set the world alight. Other people complained about the noise, which is a fair comment - the cleaning staff woke us up when chatting/cleaning in the corridor, but cannot really complain given the price
The location was great, breakfast was Ok for yhe price, staff was profissional. I'm looking forward to stay again in this hotel.
Great location !!!! Great price Staff was really nice
A bit noisy (we got a room close to the street and the tram noise could be heard on the room)
The girl was very gentle and kind in the reception.
Trams on the street make the room very noisy
Good Hotel in very goid location at a short walk from train station and to the main shopping areas. Great value the cheast stay we have had in Europe in about 3 weeks.
The European pillows are an issue, they almost seem optional.
Good location and all sight seeing places are within walking distance. Hotel staffs are very helpful
Near from station, as well as from a tram stop. Tram stop is very convenient to go around the city. Room was clean, and worth the price in total. 駅だけじゃなくトラムの停留所にも近い。とくにトラムは市内観光に便利。 部屋もきれいで、値段だけの価値はある。
The staircase was nice.
Room wasn't clean. Stuff in the linens. So close to train station and it was noisey all night. Staff not very professional. Not staying here again.
Close to train station
Trams shook the hotel everytime they passed by. Rooms were noisey. More like a hostel than a Hotel
Staff very helpful and pleasant; room clean and had tea/coffee making facilities; well situated for the station and to access guided tour buses.
Breakfast not good; limited choice and awful 'coffee';
The bed is nice.
They accept credit card, but only with bad rate. The best way is paying by Euro cash. The room vibration every few minutes maybe since the tram. There is no much choice for breakfast.
Excellent location, 10 mins by walk to the main Square, it was clean and tidy inside, nice stuff
We came by car to Prague and the big problem is that there is no place to park, but it was written on the www. We asked about nearest parking which showed up really expensive. Only after asking about cancelling our reservation because there is no sense paying for parking more than for staying in the hotel, it showed up that they have one free parking place in the hotel which finally we could use (it's a pity they didn't tell us about it earlier, when I asked). Also I was expected that there will be a breakfast included as it was quite expensive to spend few days there.
Clean, good value for the money, very close to train station and to Old Town, quiet, breakfast included, helpful front desk staff that assisted with booking tours and checking in early
good location, helpful staff, good value to money, by the way near to change with good rate
the room wasn't completely clean, some rooms have noise from tram.
Hotel location to both old-town and rail station was perfect
No in-room tea/coffee facilities
The hotel is in an excellent location. The morning buffet was light, but very good. This hotel is a good bargain for the money.
Not much close after midnight for a bite to eat.
