A 10-minute walk from Prague's central Wenceslas Square and 165 ft from the I P Pavlova metro station, the City Central De Luxe has rooms with satellite TV. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby.

Re-opened in June 2014 after an extensive renovation, AXA Hotel was built in the early 1930s in a Functionalist style in a central Prague location 1,325 ft from Wenceslas Square.

Hotel Musketyr is in the historic center of Prague, just a few steps from the Wenceslas Square, the National Museum and the State Opera House, and not far from the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge.
Score from 782 reviews Good 7/10
Hotel Beseda Prague is conveniently located in the historic center of town, just a few steps from famous Wenceslas Square, in one of the most attractive areas of Prague.
Score from 387 reviews Good 7.8/10
Friendly staff who made every effort to accomodate my need to check in a little earlier. Room was spacious. Location near the central train station and Wenceslas Square made it easy for me to get to all my business appointments without using the tram. Good value for the money. Nice restaurant on the premises. Lovely courtyard.
Oddly, the hotel was difficult for me to find! But it is in a very good location!
The hotel is near the train station, and just a 10-minute walk to the old town center, making it a away from the hustle and bustle of the city's noisy night life. There were bars, mini-grocery and restaurants around the area. Our room is facing the street and we can get a glimpse of activities of the city from the window.
bed mattresses are a bit thin than usual; a little variety for breakfast would have been great....
Great location, very and helpful friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast
Everything was great
very close to the old town and railway station, but price is comparably low.
the room is very basic and small
- location is perfect, very close to the old part of the city! - comfortable, clean - price was good for what we got! - nice staff
- breakfast was ok but could have had some more variation
The hotel is very close to the main railway station, which is very handy. The price for a double room with bathroom was very reasonable. The room was very clean and had a tv with good image quality.
The room shook and vibrated every time a tram passed by on the street outside!
If you: - would like something better, than a hostel; - arrive by train; - plan to walk or use public transport for exploring Prague; than this hotel is for you. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Prague main station; the main square is about 15 minutes walk from the Hotel. Closest Metro station (Nam. Republyk) is 7-8 minutes walk, and there are tram stops nearby. The hotel offers reasonable variety of cold and warm food for breakfast. The rooms are not crowded, but they are not for spending your time there. Free high-speed wi-fi internet is not just a promise.
The beds could have been larger. There is no holder for your soap / shampoo / shower gel in the shower cabin. Trams going in front of the hotel frequently from early morning till late night, ask for a non-street room if you are a sound sleeper.
Clean,, renovated, good breakfast
Location, big rooms, breakfast, internet.
Curtains inappropriate, slow service at the reception.. Staff could be improved by training (infact in general people in Prague are not friendly and frozen faced and that's a general attribute and nothing hotel specific)
Good location and comfortable beds. The wifi worked ok and the breakfast was pretty good. 10 min walk to the train station.
The (10.30) checkout time is ridiculous considering you can't check in until 15.00 and you are required to pay upon arrival. There is no iron or ironing board available in the hotel. Which is also a bit ludicrous.
Perfect location, the room is very big. The staff was helpful in trying to meet customer satisfaction
My room was right on the tram line. Every 5-10 minutes a tram passed and shook my room. I didn't get very much sleep because of this. The bathroom was not cleaned very well.
Great location and staff
As there was no airconditioning or fans in the room, it was quite hot to sleep. Even with windows open, there was no air flow making it very uncomfortable to sleep
Room in the basement, bit of a furniture store, 4 beds 2 wardrobes,1 desk,2 chairs,5 bedside cabinets, small television(probably not room for a bigger one)
Really helpful and friendly staff Huge room and great value for money Great location close to the centre Good bathroom
Breakfast too expensive, better to get elsewhere A little hot in the rooms
Hotel is situated really close to the center. 5 min to the railway station, 10 min to city center by foot. Free wi-fi, hairdrier, nice beds.
poor breakfast, noise and vibration from the tram.
Central location-7-10 min by foot to Vaclav square, clean, polite staff, good modest hotel for good price for Prague
Conditioner didn't work. I told to staff late in night, in the morning came technician, afternoon he came soon, problem didn't solve. Next day he came soon - solved. Result: 2 nights (after I complained about conditioner's problem) I spent in hot summer room under roof. Staff really nice and wanted to help but emergency issues not well organized, very slowly and after working hours only reception occupied - no other services (technician, for example)
It was reasonably priced
The room was on the main street which also facilitates a busy tram line. It was impossible to get a good nights sleep.
I liked the location of the hotel, 5 min away from the central train station and about 15 from the clock tower. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Loved the fact that they wifi was for each room and not per devise. The hotel had an elevator and the rooms got cleaned every day. If you need new towels you can just ask and you'll get new ones.
I did not enjoy the breakfast so much. It was good if you want to have a little bit in your stomach before you start the day but they could offer a bit more. There was no juice and only two kinds of cheese and ham. The fruit was the same each day, only apples and oranges and the coffee had a funny color so i didnt even try but my friend said it tasted wierd. The tea and the breads were good. Would have liked a bit of salad and more choises of fruits and cheese. That was the only negative thing about the
We had a good stay and everything was ok. Very close to the city centre. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Our room was facing the road and there were a lot of trams going and making a bit of noise. I would recommend booking a room facing the courtyard if you are a bit sensitive to noise.
The location is good.
I can hear noise of the tram from my room even when it's very late.
After 25 days travel in different cities and stayin in various places/hotels after seeing the good critics at Booking 8plus..i am sad to say that this hotel is the worst choice for Prague... First we went to a large room but windows on the roof that we couldnt open ,I went down the reception and tell em to come and help ,she didnt follow me and was pissed off , then my husband went down and brought her up ,she couldnt open the windows also..we requested other room .After a all night trip by train from budapest to Prague we were continuing inside the hotel to get tired minute by minute. They put us in another room with open windows - very small they had put two beds instead of one and it was so so difficult to be inside. The room was smelly , in the wall there is hole ..!!!Once I went to the shower and we show there is no towels..no telephone to call them again so we went down again and asked for towels we waited one hour ....with no result and we slept...after 3 hours they opened our door with no knockin and cleanin lady left us the towels!!!Breakfast was no good but ok..i wont go again
The hotel is very close to the old center of Prague on the one hand and the new center of Wenceslas Square on the other. Received full value from attractive price. Breakfast is good and the staff helpful.
- In general for the price it was good - location very central
- my room was to the main street and therefore it was very loud also during the night
