It was really good. Good staff, confortable and nice room, good wifi in the room.
The location was perfect, you can go on foot everywhere!the room was very clean, quite and spacious. Staff was also quite welcoming and kind. Wifi worked perfectly.
Breakfast although quite good lacked fresh fruits or some salads.
Localization, near main touristic points. Good cost benefit. Very big room!
- WiFi was not working in my room. - No phone to call reception or roomservice - Two small beds that was always getting splitted. Was not a real double bed! :(
For the price of room this was good value and convenient regarding transport or walking distance from old town square
The only drawback is the noise at night from trams. Perhaps hotel could provide ear plugs to customers who come unprepared. Breakfast could be better.
Proximity to the public transport, big room, nice price, early breakfast, friendly receptionist. Some rooms are really quiet!
You have to paid at check in, no REAL juice at breakfast, poor coffee, noisy maids, thay talk in Russian, hmmm
Perfect location (near the main train station), cleanliness, friendly staff, not expensive. I recommend.
the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel is close to the centre and well linked by tram.
breakfast was included in our price, but I wouldn't suggest to pay for it...
excellent location, wi fi, they cleaned every day
very cold in the room (they always turn off the heating), some lights are not working, bed isn't really comfy, the coffee at the breakfast isn't good, the toilet seat was a bit broken, all other things are ok
large spacious room
Breakfast was terrible. No toaster, no juice, warm milk, only fruit available was browning apples.
location price free wifi free breakfast
reception bed amenities
Location and staff.plus room.
The location of the hotel is great and the price with the location that is just an amazing combination. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
location, value for money, tasty breakfast
very rude male receptionists
Location and price.
the room was spacious.
The location is perfect, nice and polite staff.
No double beds available in this hotel, just twin beds put together with a gap in the middle! Not a large selection of breakfast.
Staff were helpful for city tours and concert booking. Room was quiet (apart from some rude neighbours) and beds were comfortable.
location, rooms, staff, cleanliness
breakfast could be more varied
Location is excellent and we found it very convenient for a short vacation in Prague
The shampoo and shower gel provided for two people in the room were not enough for one person to shower. Please put more soap and shampoo.
The room is very clean and tidy. There is a rich breakfast buffet which offers something for everyone. A elevator is available. The hotel's central location in the city is ideal.
The tramways in front of the house causing noise during the evening as well as during the early morning. There is neither a bedside lamp nor a mainlight switch which is reachable from the bed.
Very close to the central station.
Some rooms are located directly to the street. Since the tram is driving by very often it is loud and the floor even vibrates.
basic breakfast, rather spacious rooms (requested a quiet room after the comments here, no noise from the street at all), good bathroom, room was cleaned up every day, central location
it was rather chilly in the room in December
good location and breakfast, clean, comfy beds
the receptionist was super inflexible/rude, our flight was delayed so we arrived around midnight with only few kronas in our pockets. He wanted us to pay upfront but our cards would not be recognized by his card device. We offered to leave our passports as a deposit and £100 (the room was only £50) saying we would exchange money in the morning but he refused making us go out to look for an atm/exchange point after midninght in sub zero temperatures and snow falling down heavily. Not very professional.
Location, room, staff, Hotel restaurant and bar are very good for evenings, prices are very reasonable too. 24 hour transport pass is CZK110 - £3!!
breakfast very lacking......trams can be noisy, take earplugs.
Near the tram stop
The water from the shower is leaking all over the bathroom floor, nasty... Eww
