Hyvä sijainti lähellä rautatieasemaa ja metroa, hyvä palvelu vastaanotossa. Aamiainen maksullinen, 14€, pitäisi sisältyä mieluimmin huoneen hintaan, aamiainen oli kuitenkin runsas. |

Being a design hotel, the decor is first rate and interesting. The staff was very friendly and spoke English to help me out. The restaurant in the hotel was great for those times I just wanted to grab a quick meal and the breakfast was nice. The hotel is close to Frankfurt am Main train station so getting around was easy. Arguably, not in the best part of town but I never felt unsafe. |

The room was very darkly decorated. It was hard to find light switches.The very unfriendley staff on checkout. Close proximity to needle exchange point for drug users. |

Very Very Cool and helpful staff who helped with many issues specially with my lost wallet before checking in! the design was creative and cool and the price was fairly suitable for what they provide the location of the hotel and the neighbourhood and the shower glass doors is suitable for some couples but not suitable for friends |

The design of hotel was amazing. Very friendly staff. Food was good in restaurant and very clean. Close to Hauptbahnhof and many restaurants were within walking distance. |

Really friendly staff and very chic rooms. The hotel even rang me after I left to tell me that I had accidently left some cash in the room - how often do you get that honesty? |

The decor of the rooms is quite nice. It's a welcome change from the sterile decor of most inexpensive places. The staff were really helpful and extremely friendly. Everything in the room worked like it should and it was very clean both in the room and the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable The location is definitely not the best but it's a short walk to the city center and plenty of nice shopping and restaurants. It's also really close to main train station and U-bahn so it was perfect for a 1 night stay and quick travel to the airport. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful; the food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced; the decor was original and made a nice change from "normal" hotels. |

the hotel interior design is beautiful.i think you should arrange at least one parking place on the pavement next to the entrance for handicapped people.in general it was a very good stay. |

The hotel design is nice, close to the main station, freindly staff. Rooms are small, only glass door for the shower room!. Take care at night, not very safe place. Close to Red area. |

Location was great and not so great at the same time. Great because it's only 1 block from the main train station, 5-10 minutes walk to the fair ground and 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area. At the same time its not so great because it is by the red light district. I was sharing a room with my colleague and there is no bathroom door. So you can see how this becomes a problem! |

Nice + friendly staff, interesting interior design + decoration, all rooms have different layout. Central location but at night to near to the red light district... Will for sure use again !!! |

Style, friendliness of the staff. The restaurant are is also very nice and food is ok The area is not good at all. located in the RLD, the Niddastrasse is not really a secure rea (a lot of drug addicts) |
