ホテルは清潔でとても良かったです。スタッフは皆若いのにとても感じも良く、様々な対応を心地よくして貰いました。 料金の割に部屋が狭く、バスタブが無かったのが残念です。金額についてはメッセも近いくイベント期間中だったのでしょうがないのでしょうか... |

今回、プレオープンみたいな感じで、未完成のところが、ちらほらあったところが、日本と違うなと感じました。例えば、部屋の外の手すりにマスキングテープが貼られてたり、エレベータホールの前の壁の配線がむき出しとかetc。 スタッフさんも若く愛想がよくて良かったです。ただ、1階のレストランで食事の際、ナイフしか用意されてないのが不満でしたが・・・。（フォークも揃えておいて欲しかったです。）もちろん、言えば用意はされますが。 |

まだ施設は全て完成してませんが、新しいホテルで気持ちは良いです。通りの１本向こうは浮浪者の多い地区に隣接しているので、アクセスルートは注意。 喫煙は、6F屋上のバルコニーとEFの中庭だけで可、喫煙者は注意。カイザー通りからアクセスしない事、中央駅側からアクセスしましょう。 ゲイの客も多いけど概ねフレンドリーです。 |

Really friendly staff and very chic rooms. The hotel even rang me after I left to tell me that I had accidently left some cash in the room - how often do you get that honesty? |

The decor of the rooms is quite nice. It's a welcome change from the sterile decor of most inexpensive places. The staff were really helpful and extremely friendly. Everything in the room worked like it should and it was very clean both in the room and the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable The location is definitely not the best but it's a short walk to the city center and plenty of nice shopping and restaurants. It's also really close to main train station and U-bahn so it was perfect for a 1 night stay and quick travel to the airport. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful; the food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced; the decor was original and made a nice change from "normal" hotels. |

the hotel interior design is beautiful.i think you should arrange at least one parking place on the pavement next to the entrance for handicapped people.in general it was a very good stay. |

The hotel design is nice, close to the main station, freindly staff. Rooms are small, only glass door for the shower room!. Take care at night, not very safe place. Close to Red area. |

Location was great and not so great at the same time. Great because it's only 1 block from the main train station, 5-10 minutes walk to the fair ground and 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area. At the same time its not so great because it is by the red light district. I was sharing a room with my colleague and there is no bathroom door. So you can see how this becomes a problem! |

Nice + friendly staff, interesting interior design + decoration, all rooms have different layout. Central location but at night to near to the red light district... Will for sure use again !!! |

Style, friendliness of the staff. The restaurant are is also very nice and food is ok The area is not good at all. located in the RLD, the Niddastrasse is not really a secure rea (a lot of drug addicts) |
