No "normal" sheets in the beds!!! No clear at all!!!
Friendly helpful reception. Very comfortable small hotel. Staff very welcoming. Highly recommended
Breakfast was very good. The room ok, internet ok.
Room very small. A few steps before elevator. No English channels. No phone in the room.
The hotel was clean & comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Breakfast was fine. Good value all round.
Staff were very helpful, breakfast was very nice, room was very clean.would book this hotel again if i ever have cause to visit hanover again in future.over all, very satisfied with price, location and helpfull staff.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were familiar.
The hotel was a little bit cold. The distance between hotel and the nearest underground station is approximately 100 meters.
Not far from the station Red Light district nearby if you are into that sort of thing Helpful staff Kettle
Rooms facing the front can be noisy but have doubleglazing The carpet was so flowery it made me dizzy
Very very cooperative and gentle staff. Comfort and clean room. Location. Everything is very good.
There is no telephon in the room.
The hotel was a convenient stop on our journey. Friendly staff, comfy beds, great breakfast.
Location, price, close to main train and bus station
We liked good place of the hotel and very comfortable beds. Rooms were clean. Staff was very polite.
Rooms were not yet ready when we arrived; instead of large double bed room, we got two single bed in the room; we didn't get slippers as it was promissed, also there wasn't hairdryer. Breakfast were poor.
too small, breakfast has no.sauage.
Bed was comfortable Clean bathroom
Furnish looked new, but cheap. Desk drawer was broken and the table top came off easily. Curtains did not shut all the way. Hotel located on the mainstreet so even with the windows closed it was loud
The hotel is very closed to downtown. Room is enough big. All hotel (including room) is very clean. Wifi and parking are free. Hotel staff is very firendly and helpful.
The location is good, very close to the centre of Hannover and the main train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The location is in the middle of a main street therefore the traffic is very loud. However, the rooms don't have air conditioning and are incredibly hot with the windows closed. The wi-fi wasn't working and we received no information about check out times, breakfast times etc. A very poor lack of service.
Near to Railwaystation.
During 4 days they didn't change the towels. No refrigerator.
The bed was very comfortable
The bed was very comfortable… the hotel seems quiet new so it really seemed very clean…. very friendly and the price is was a good deal
I felt there was a bit of dust… I don't know if it was the carpet or something else but it caused me to sneeze
balance of location, services and cost was clearly stacked in favour of location and services--- simply the best value in Hannover. Really good staff. Way ahead of some staff in "better" hotels.
The staff was kind, although not the most helpful when asking for directions. The room is decent, fully equipped. The breakfast is not the most varied but it is for sure worth the (relatively) low price we paid.
The hotel is not in the most appealing location of Hanover; the area looks a bit sketchy (which is already something considering that most major German cities do not look sketchy at all). The hotel looks like it could use some renovation.
I'd been sightseeing around Germany and felt like I needed a break from hostels, but didn't think I could afford a hotel. I was really pleased to find this place, because it was such good value, and the decor, comfort and service were up to a much higher standard than I expected from the bargain price. I had a great night's sleep and was refreshed for M'era Luna festival the next day.
I can't fault the hotel, to be honest. I guess I didn't really think much of Hannover itself, as it wasn't as pretty as some of the other cities I'd visited. If you have to go there for a business trip or something though, this would be a great little hotel to stay in.
Great hotel for the price, the location isn't too bad either. Newer hotel, nice clean, has a lobby down stairs, bathroom and lots of space in the rooms.
