Clean and quiet environment inside the house. Friendly staffs. value for money. email responses from the owner were in time and helpful. surrounding area seems a bit dumpy. |

This modest hotel provided the basic needs but no extras. Cheap price compensate the discomforts. The hotel was difficult to find. No signs at the nearest cormers and not even in the street outside the hotel. |

The staff was friendly and was very keen to help despite having problems in communicating. The location was not as near as I expected it to be and walking in at night, it felt somewhat unsafe. |

despite what at first seemed a daunting ,out of the way,run-down location it actually was ideal for the neustadt banhoff(5 mins walk) and various tram routes stopping at Anton/Leipzigger strasse.the place is spartan but clean. one of the staff was non too friendly but i also found this of some locals in the bars/pubs. if you just need a bed and a place to wash this is ideal. |

Excellent cost/benefit relation. Normally you wouldn't expect a comfortable, clean room for a little more than EUR 20/day, but this hotel had it all. Excellent option for those who search for a place only to take a shower and spend a couple nights. Haven't tried the breakefest, but definitely recommend the room. A remote control for the TV receiver would have been nice. |

Good value for money, great location within walking distance to historic town, plenty of free parking, recently refurbished and very clean rooms. No breakfast provided before 9am. |

I reccommend the pension for everybody who does not want to spend too much money for accommodation. The location is good - all the sites in Dresdner Neustadt and Altstadt are in walking distance. The place is very quiet, the room and bathroom newly reconstructed and clean. The bathroom was just next to my room but was not shared with the other guests. |

Die Lage war gut und nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof Neustadt. Straßenbahnen fuhren regelmäßig in die Stadtmitte. Der Aufenthalt war angenehm und ich konnte gut schlafen. Über das Frühstück kann ich nicht kommentieren, denn ich hatte keines gebucht. |

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück ist etwas karg, aber für 5 Euro darf man nicht mehr erwarten. |

nähe zur city von dresden es war nicht offentsichtlich bei der buchung, das kein bad im zimmer ist, sondern mit vier anderen zimmern zu teilen ist, fernseher funktionierte nicht, angestellte war sehr unfreundlich nach dem hinweis, das der fernseher nicht funktionierte, bad war zwar sauber bei ankunft, aber anschließend ging so |
