It was good value for one or two night stay< clean and comfortable. Location was close to city but no ammenities such as coffee/ tea in the am and no available place in walking distance for a breakfast. the neiborhood was a bit shady upon arrival, however we were pleasantly surprised upon entering our room. Owner was pleasant.

Fair deal. You get for what you pay. Hotels in Dresden ae quiet expensive, so a double with additional 3rd bad for that money, it's a bargain. Budget, clean, simple, fair. This is it. Very close to the station Neustadt Dresden 5-7 min by step with luggage. Also I have to mention that it's rather quite, really, there is a railway 40 meters from hotel but there is no noise. I slept with opened windows. It's not easy to find it first time, study the map more detailly. Also a bit far from the center but if you are not scared of 15 min walking, it's not a problem. On the other hand you save a huge amount of money, if you're students or young couple.

Although it was advertised as a room in a private house - which it was- it was really like a B&B. Large room, good facilities, quite private and not really 'part of a house' as I had imagined. Very good. Location doesn't look promising but proved to be very quiet and very close to good tram services.

It's really cheap.. but there are washing machine, single room and TV. The room is clean and enough space.. The location is a bit difficult to leach. There is no sign.

Although at the first sight quite an obscure place it revealed to be 100 percent safe and nice short walk to the center. Very modest but clean and spacious room. Really the basic, but nothing to write as a negative.

Manager is very nice and helpful--room very clean. I thought it was near the train station, but it is near a different station. Shared bathroom was not a problem but also not convenient.

friendly owner/keeper, even she didn't speak English, we can communicate fine. 1) no Wi-Fi access, 2) the location does not look safe but as I've been there for 2 nights and no problem

Hotel hat eine sehr günstige Lage zum Stadtkern, Entfernung zur Semper-Oper, Schloß, Frauenkirche u.a. sehr gering. Eine Lärmbelästigung ist nicht zu erwarten. Auch zur Zugang zum Neustädter Bahnhof ist günstig. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Eine kleine Küche ist dafür ausgestattet, kleinere Mahlzeiten herzustellen, Kaffeee zu kochen, Kühlware aufzubewahren usw.

Die unkomplizierte Handhabung mit dem Digibox Checkin. Ein sauberes, einfach eingerichtetes Zimmer mit TV zum kleinen Preis. Gut angebunden. Leider war der Ablfluss der Gemeinschaftsdusche verstopft mit Haaren anderer Gäste. Nachts um 4 Uhr kamen weitere Gäste oder Hausbewohner, die - bestärkt durch die laute Akustik im Flur - eine Zeit lang (ca. 15-20min) sehr laut waren. Die Bettdecke war für einen großen Menschen zu kurz!

其实位置并不偏远，但是在一个小箱子里，有点难找，另外犹豫是家庭公寓，房间里只有床，桌子和电视，很冰冷- 的感觉，好处是很幽静，有公用厨房，洗衣间，房间真的很大，说好几点CHECK OUT的时间一定要准时到，过晚上8点如果没有实现打招呼就真的没有人了。
