Nice price, good value for money. Two remarks: they should hire more staff, they lack quickness at check-in. The way from the S-Bahn station to the hotel could be better explained/signalized. |

very comfortable beds. had a nice breakfast with good variety. very good value for money overall had a twin room, but only a single doona. also had towels on floor of bathroom upon check in |

Good beds, clean room, separated parking space Too less staff compared to the amount of guest. Breakfast: there was a lot of choice but this doesn't make sense if it's all empty (probably also because of a short of staff). |

Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of choices. Despite our confirmed booking, we were originally only offered two of the three rooms we had booked. After a small negotiation we were offered a third room, but without a working TV. For this we were given a small discount. |

Clean place. Enjoyable stay considering the price of the rooms. The address stated in not correct. Spent extra time searching for actual location. Clearer directions on how to reach the hotel can be provided. |

Das Frühstücksbuffet war für den Standard nicht schlecht. Die Sanitäreinrichtung fiel stellenweise auseinander, war aber sauber. Der Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert. |

Der var hyggelige værelser og de var pænt rene og morgenmaden var også god og personalet var kundevenlige og der var gode muligheder med toget indtil Hamburg Om søndagen synes vi der manglede de små pølser og frikadeller men ellers var der ikke noget at pege fingre af. |

Grote gratis parkeerplek. nette kamer. Het hotel leek mooier op de foto's en lag verder van het centrum dan verwacht. Personeel sprak geen engels. Glazen toiletdeur zonder slot dat niet dicht kon. |

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, angefangen von der freundlichen Begrüßung bis zum umfangreichen Frühstücksbuffet. Ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Nur 4 Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof. |

Insgesamt ist das Hotel zur Übernachtung für max. 2 Nächt okey.Zu Unternehmungen empfiehlt sich allerdings ein Fahrzeug, Abendessen im Hotel und nährer Umgebung, außer Bürger King und Faast Food im Hotel, nicht möglich. |

Die Rezeption kannte sich gut aus und konnte gute Auskünfte rund um HH geben, die Zimmer waren sehr geplegt und wurden täglich gereinigt! Man kam sehr schnell nach HH mit der S21 (4 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof)! Das Buffet war ein wenig mau, wie z.B. fehlendes Obst...Das Bad ist vielleicht ein kleines bisschen durchsichtig für frisch verliebte päärchen. |

das Empfangspersonal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent, gute Verkehrsanbindung der Frühstücksservice war total überfordert, Frühstücksraum bei voller Auslastung des Hotels zu klein, Personal sollte nicht vor den Gästen die Probleme des Frühstückservice besprechen |

Der Preis war für eine Kurzreise sehr annehmbar, der frische Geruch war sehr angenehm und hat ein sauberes Gefühl hinterlassen. Das Zimmer war sehr sporatisch eingerichtet und das Badezimmer war etwas unvorteilhaft eingerichtet, ausser man hat eine Darmgrippe dann kann man beides gleichzeitig los werden, die Toilette war etwas eng an das Waschbecken angebaut. Es gab kein Telefon im Zimmer um die Rezeption anzurufen. Das Frühstück war akzeptabel, nur der Kaffee schmeckte nicht sehr gut |
