Excellent Hotel for Family Trip. Free Parking, free Internet. Very good Breakfast. Large Room and good Service.

Good value for money. The basic room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The room I stayed in would benefit from a little renovation but nothing serious. Very easy access from the motorway.

Price and location ok for just sleeping

Smokesmell in room and if you have your window open ; a supplier makes a lot of noice (either baker or linnen) no menu cards

In the middle of a industrial zone, this hotel is more for a short stay with a tight budget.

It was more than great for the price for our overnight stay. However, if you want to visit Hamburg it's location isn't too good (we just wanted a hotel along the highway).

This hotel offered a good location near a train station for easy access to Hamburg. The hotel was modern and clean. The area it is in is not particularly interesting but the price is right for a visit to Hamburg. They offer free parking and it is right off the autobahn a1.

They offered free internet and while it was, it could only be accessed while sitting in the very small lounge area. Connecting also took asking the staff for connection and could not be done automatically.

limited resources in the room, no phone, no tissues, only one iron in the whole hotel, no laundry, no food other than a pizza.

The reception area need to be improved upon, its not warm and welcoming. Also there should be internet facility within the hotel premises. Customers do not need to come to reception to get on the internet.

Das Hotel ist in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand. Für den Preis sind die Leistungen völlig ok. Die Größe des Zimmers und Einrichtung ist völlig angemessen und somit weiterzuempfehlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, sondern haben immer in der Stadt was vom Bäcker auf die Hand genommen. Das spart Geld und Zeit ;-) Empfehlen kann ich das Hotel nur Personen, die nicht die größten ERwartungen haben und auch mit Mittelklasse zufrieden sind.

Ein leicht unangenehmer Geruch lag in dem Zimmer, der auch bei öffnen des Fensters nicht hunderprozentig entschwand. Die Lage des Hotels ist mitten im Industriegebiet, demenstsprechend ungeeignet für Leute, die den Superblick wollen. Mit der S-Bahn von der Haltestelle, die ca. 800 Meter vom Hotel entfernt liegt, kann man aber alle 10 Minuten vier Stationen weiter zum Hauptbahnhof. Soll bedeuten, dass man innerhalb von 15 Minuten immer in der Innenstadt ist. Somit stimmt das Preis-Leistungs- Vehältnis vollkommen und ich empfehle allen weiter, die für wenig Geld nur eine angemessene und saubere Schlafmöglichkeit suchen.

Unfreundlichkeit der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter!!

Parken war umsonst auf einem großen Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel, die Rezeption war 24 Std. Besetzt.

Die Zimmer entsprechen nur dürftig dem Standard eines 3*** Hotels, die Badezimmertüren sind aus Glas und schließen nicht komplett. Weiterhin ist die Duschkabine sehr dsürftig, da das Wasser hier durchspritzt und das ohnehin sehr kleine Bad schnell überflutet. Ein kleines Silberfischchen habe ich im Bad auch gefunden, jedoch tippe ich einfach mal, dass sich das verirrt hatte! Die Betten sind äußerst Weich! Für 1-2 Tage Hamburg nur zum schlafen ist das Hotel für "kleines Geld" ok, wer länger dort Urlaub macht sollte ein anderes Hotel wählen.
