habitaciones normales, zona tranquila. Típico hotel para mochileros y camioneros. Personal (salvo recepción) de lo peor que te puedes encontrar: malas caras, intromisión. Desayuno insuficiente y poca variedad. |

El hotel se encuentra situado cerca de dos estaciones de metro que te permiten en 10 minutos estar en el centro de Hamburgo. Se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y en las inmediaciones hay varios restaurantes para cenar si se llega como es nuestro caso mas tarde de las 20:00. En especial hay un griego donde cenamos muy bien y a muy buen precio.El desayuno del hotel muy completo y el personal muy amable.Ningun problema para aparcar en las inmediaciones cualquier dia de la semana y a cualquier hora. Hay un lidl justo al lado del hotel. |

Estupendo desayuno. La habitación limpia y espaciosa, muy buena relación calidad precio. El check-in es demasiado tarde, a las 16:00 h. La zona en la que esta ubicado no resulta muy interesante y queda apartada del centro. |

It was very loud at night and there was no even bed sheets on bed, so pity. This room which was given to us was not really family room because each bed was separated and it looks more like for students. |

I had a short overnight stay in the hotel and for that purpose it is a perfect solution - reception desk open 24h, decent breakfast and clean room for minimal price. As others have mentioned, noise level could be annoying... |

A nice clean hotel with good parking options. Near to the center of Hamburg. The pillows for the head i the bed was very poor. The first night we didn't sleep very good because of that. No english channels and only germans channels on the tv, and that is not very good. |

Special thanks to girls at the reception. Room was tiny, but with all things I really needed (hair dryer, table, chear, shower, wc, mirror...) and without the bulk I did not need; good breakfast; good location - not far from U-bahn and the center, free parking on the street Internet for charge (free internet needed or price of the room should be lower); matress; lack of cake or pancakes at breakfast |

The breakfast was really good. The location was pretty good as well, we could reach the "Rathaus" within 15 minutes. The lady at the reception was very unfriendly! The walls are too thin, so if you have bad luck and your neighbours are loudly, it is impossible to sleep well. When somebody closed the door, it was so loud as well. The use of the internet is not free. |

A basic hotel but more than compensated for my the friendliness of the staff and excellent location near to the underground which is three stops from the city centre. Be aware this is really a hostel with a few hotel rooms added on. Expect to spend your stay next to backpackers. The 'bar' is also the reception desk - cosy! |

Preis, sauber, freundlich, hilfsbereit ideales Hotel für das kleine Budget. Nähe U-Bahn zentral gelegen und doch relativ ruhig. Zimmer komfort ist absolutes minimim. |
