The breakfast was really good. The location was pretty good as well, we could reach the "Rathaus" within 15 minutes. The lady at the reception was very unfriendly! The walls are too thin, so if you have bad luck and your neighbours are loudly, it is impossible to sleep well. When somebody closed the door, it was so loud as well. The use of the internet is not free. |

A basic hotel but more than compensated for my the friendliness of the staff and excellent location near to the underground which is three stops from the city centre. Be aware this is really a hostel with a few hotel rooms added on. Expect to spend your stay next to backpackers. The 'bar' is also the reception desk - cosy! |

Close to a metro station - easy access to the centre and the other areas of the city. Staff speaks fluent english. No minibar, bad beds |

Hjälpsam receptionist med våra frågor och vägbeskrivningar. Nära till centrum (med bil) och bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Mycket dåligt (T.O.M. farligt) på vårt rum (9) där ett el-uttag var skadat. Man kunde stoppa in fingrarna bakom och såg sladdar, livsfarligt!!! |

Die Lage, kurzer Fußweg zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station. Es könnte sauberer sein (Spinnweben hängen von der Decke). Frühstücksraum war zu klein. Hotelgäste müssen anstehen und auf einen freien Tisch warten. Samstag war alles super ok, Sonntag total überfüllt. Trotzdem empfehlenswert. |

Allgemeiner Eindruck ok. Gute Lage des Hotels und sauberes geräumiges Zimmer. Nichts wichtiges, aber an einigen Stellen sollte mal mit Farbe Abnutzung und Gebrauchsspuren beseitigt werden. |

Mitarbeiter sehr höfflich und entgegend komment . Sehr enge Dusche im 3- Bzw. 4-Bettzimmer, deshalb Waschbecken nicht in der Dusche , sondern direkt im Zimmer ! |

Freundliches Personal, gute Verkehrsanbindung nahe U-Bahn, WC+Dusche ein Raum, Waschtischecke mit Fön! im Vorraum - einfach Spitze, so hat man fast das Gefühl einer separaten Toilette. Frühstückbuffet für 2** wunderbar. Eigentlich nicht, bei 2** erwartet man sich nicht so viel und ist dann auch nicht enttäuscht. Möbellage vielleicht etwas kalt. |

Estupendo desayuno. La habitación limpia y espaciosa, muy buena relación calidad precio. El check-in es demasiado tarde, a las 16:00 h. La zona en la que esta ubicado no resulta muy interesante y queda apartada del centro. |

Eine schöne schlichte Einrichtung der Zimmer, nicht so überladen. Sehr hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal und ein guter Standort um von dort aus Hamburg erkunden zu können. Das man im Hotel nur Frühstücken kann. |

Der Service war z.T. besser als die Kategorie (2 ST) ausgesagt hätte. Das Frühstück war als Büffet verkauft, war aber ziemlich lieblos dargestellt. Das es im Keller ist nicht so entscheidend. |

Gut mit der U-Bahn bzw. mit dem Metrobuß erreichber. An der Hauptstraße, aber richtig isolliert. Warm, großzügig, sehr gutes Frühstück, netter Empfang. Gebührenpflichtiger Internetzugang, im Zimmer fehlendes Telefon. |
