Its prompt service, cleanliness, big bathrooms, clean linen and discounts on hop on and off! Also, its close to the hauptbahnhof and the meeting point of city tours; in fact its less than a 5 minute walk No, we liked everything! It was very good value for money |

The room was clean and well appointed, and the hotel was convenient for the station and town. The breakfast room and lifts were too small to cope with the number of people staying there. With a large number of children staying, the hotel was very noisy. |

I had a clean and quiet room not going to the busy street and train station. I recieved a 5% reduction voucher for my next reservation...I'll come there sure in november again. No, it was exactly what I expected. |

The nearness to the railway station is a boon to rail travellers. The top floor bar and terrace are very good features, and the staff were always very helpful Breakfast can be a bit of a struggle on busy mornings, but there is something there for all tastes.. |

A cheap hotel appropriate for a short stay in the town, clean, good choice for breakfast. Bad transport connection to city centre - walking at about 11 p.m. from city centre to the hotel was a little dangerous (group of skins in the park near the hotel). |

The hotel was close to the hauptbahnhof, breakfast was great, so was the rooftop bar, internet service was available along with phone cards. An Aldi Grocery was right behind the hostel/hotel. Quick food restaurants right across the street and a hotel next door w/a restaurant..bikes were available to rent. Athough no one knew of a laundromat we found one within walking distance on the ground floor right beside the college near the hauptbahnof it was called SB/Washsalon..one suggestion is that the hostel have a laudromat with pay machines for the residents. |

For the price it was a nice room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's only a short walk from the main train station. |

It is convenient to the train station, clean rooms (though small) and staff is friendly. It is a bare bones kind of place, but the rooftop bar is nice if you get in early enough to enjoy the sunset. No AC so it swelters if it is a hot day, still for economy and reliability it has been good every time I have stayed. |

Location near the main railway station. The breakfast was excellent!! The room was still dusty (perhaps 'overlooked' by chamber maid) and we could see clumps of dirt/dust/hair spread quite 'evenly' on the wooden floor. We couldn't enter the room before 16:00, reason being the room was still being cleaned. But when we entered the room after a long wait, we were, needless to say, quite disappointed by the state of room's cleanliness. The hotel room certainly has a hostel feel to it. Recommended only for budget stay. |

It was within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof, although the street or sidewalks were a bit rough on the rollers of my suitcase. The staff was very nice. I was unable to turn on the light over my bed, although it was not all that important to my comfort or convenience. I believe the light bulb needed replacing, but it could have been my lack of understanding of the electrical system. |

Fairly close to the train station - about 500m. Staff were friendly. It was a bit noisy on the rear of the building at early night time. Breakfast time was very busy, & there wasn't much room to find a seat. Bit far out of the city centre, but connections were quite good. Single room was really small. |

What a hidden gem this hotel is! Clean rooms, hallways, dining room, reception. Evidently maintained to a very high standard. Room was functional - all that was needed was right there. A previous reviewer spoke of hard mattresses - and that's true - and a great nights' sleep on 'em every night! Super price, and solid value all around. Breakfast was plentiful, good quality, with an extraordinary variety. Staff were enthusiastic, and all we encountered were bilingual. Being so close to the railroad has its benefits, reviewers spoke of noise, we do not concur. Low frequency slight rumble of passing trains is inevitable, but far from troublesome. Also - no nighttime hallway noise - as some claimed. (We stayed 5 nights, a decent sample) Genuinely close to impossible to define anything about the hotel, staff, fixtures, service, or facilities we disliked. Rare perhaps, but absolutely true. |

This is a Hostel / Hotel, I stayed in Hotel. Accomodations are basic, but the place is clean, friendly staff, breakfast was very good, and there was free Wi-Fi in room. I had a very good 1 night stay here. The skybar on top of building is also nice. I would recommend this for someone on tight budget and just needing basic accomodations. If you need more, this may not be for you. Location is not ideal, but not terrible either. If you are in Dresden on vacation, you have a long walk or must take transportation to get to old city center. I walked, but I don't mind walking,... others may not. |

A small basic room with two beds and a small bathroom. Everything you need but nothing more. They wanted to charge us for the internet although the description says it is free of charge. Thin walls. Very basic breakfast. |

The room was clean and space enough. I liked also that it is located pretty close to the center of the city. The staff seems limited as inteligence. They offered me a room without TV, eventhough in the reservation was mentioned. Also, the bell-boy was almost all the time drunk. There were some rooms with very noisy persons and the appearance was very lousy. I felt like in the middle of red-necks. Also, the complimentary drink was extremely lousy. I have accepted it as a proof of politness, but it made me sick after that. |
