The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and the room was clean. Breakfast was simple but adequate Sleeping at night was very difficult due to a excess amount of noise. People wererunning through the halls knocking on everyone's door. There were incidents everynight and through the night leading to broken sleep throughout my stay |

It was a functunal hotel. It had a bar in the basement and the breakfast adequate. The rooms were clean enough. The decor was was poor and the rooms were bare so they were a bit depressing. |

Hotel was only 10min, walk from main train station.The staff were very helpfull at reception.Our room and bathroom were clean.TV in room was a surprise and it even had good picture which which was a bigger surprise for a budget hotel.Buffet breakfast was good standard fare with a reasonable selection. |

The staff were quite helpful. The location is not as close to the hbf as it was advertised. We were changed from double room to 4-person room because of their mistake. However it was not too bad. |

Breakfast was good, self serve buffet, nice array of cold cuts, could use more salad. Wireless internet service was perfect and good value for 7 days rate. Staff were helpful but should add dedicated bartender during busy times (lobby bar).Easy walk to Hauptbahnhof and downtown, harbour. Co-located with youth hostel, similar level of amenities. Spartan, though clean. No phone in room, would not have expected to pay this much for this level of service but that could have been due to the conference taking up every room in the city. Had to pay entire stay up front, never had to do this before. |

It was all right, good value for money. I was on the top floor with a large window, in a quiet room. Breakfast was stressful and noisy with too many people around. Main lift was broken for a few hours. Use of room card to activate lift is unnecessarily complicated. |

That it was near the trainstation and the city. That the rooms was clean and light and we had some place for our children. There could be some more variety in the bread surved at the morning buffe. |

The hotel dosent include any luxury, but location is good, because near the central ctation and some important point. Rooms are clean, staffs are good. Breakfast and breakfast room are in the hostel atmosfher. There is door that work room card on the every floor. Park area and WF free, unbelivable. We liked it. I wish there was a refrigerator. |

1) There were lots of "flies" at the reception which annoys us. 2) There seems a lot of people for sports event and they are so noisy around entrance. Nobody of hotel staff tried to calm them down. |

I liked the semplicity of people there and the age of customers, all very young. The breakfast room was very spatious and the food was very proportioned to the price we paid. The room view. |
