Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Relaxed staff willing to help in any situation. Easy to get to from the airport and quiet village location but not far from the main roads. Very clean with comfortable beds and bedding. Extra helpful when a flight was seriously delayed meaning a midnight landing. Monika is a lovely lady! As it is an aparthotel I felt that a couple of essentials were missing. For example, there was no kettle but there was a coffee maker but that needed disposable filters which were not available. However, when we asked at the bar we were given filters. |

the location is very convienient for the people i was visiting it had no tin opener..had to open a tin of soup with a knife..!! (a microwave would also be handy) |

Convivialité familiale. Serviabilité. Sur votre site, dans la partie rubrique "équipement de l'hotel" sont renseignés "piscine intérieure et extérieure". Il s'agit d'une publicité mensongère car la piscine la plus proche se trouve à plus de 20km!!! Où sont les équipements de l'hôtel. |

Ho alloggiato solo poche ore, giusto il tempo di dormire, ma la pulizia, la semplicità di arredo il solottino e la piccola cucina pulita e ben attrezzata rendono l'ambiente molto accogliente, specie se si intende preparare una cenetta da soli. Non ho trovato sapone. Ne da bagno, ne da cucina. Ovviamente in questo posto ci si va specialmente perchè si usufruisce dell'aeroporto di Hahn. Viaggiando con il bagaglio a mano di solito si conta su una piccola fornitura di prodotti per l'igiene che saràun caso,ma non c'erano. |
