City center (Alexanderplatz) with S-bahn in 15 min. Great breakfast. Helpful personal. Fast internet.

No fridge in the room.

Location - public transport U-Bahn, S-Bahn opposite, buses round the corner. Shopping in the Wilmersdorfer Straße. Kettle in room for hot drinks. Breakfast and internet included in the price.

Noisy neighbours

location - close to Charlottenburg station and there is a direct bus to Tegel airport.

WIFI hardly worked in the room. The walls were so thin I could here a couple ALL NIGHT LONG and couldn't fall asleep.... They do not have a hair dryer.

Comfortable bed. Near railway to rest of Berlin. Free WiFi

Had to leave at 06:30 for early flight, but exit via reception / fire escape locked! Noisy neighbours.

Nice breakfast with coffee and juice and other good things. Front desk told me what bus to take from the airport to the hotel. Good location with lots of places to eat.

Wifi very slow

The hotel reception was welcoming & friendly. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection available.

There was nothing that I didn't like - but the Hotel advertised toiletries were provided, but only a sachet of shampoo & small bar of soap was provided. It would have been useful if shampoo/conditioner as well as shower gel & a small tube of toothpaste was available - particularly for travellers flying into Berlin.

The WIFI was perfect, and breakfast was also good.

The bed was not that comfortable.

Clean friendly and little extras like additional pillows or free milk and honey at bed time.

Good value for the money. Excellent connections to public transport, good choice to explore the city. Clean and - I must admit I had a room overlooking the inner court - quiet. Breakfast was very good.

Large room, excellent location for the Messe.

Dim corridors , bland decor , lift not going to all floors.

Staff was superb and welcoming, location is nice, the room and breakfast quite good.

We were upgrated in apartment with a lot of space and high ceiling. Although the room was renovated the hotel itself is in an old building.We did not see any bugs during our stay which was a pleasant surprice compared to similar hotels in Paris.

Breakfast was plain and cheap with nothing home made -everything was out of the pack , bought from low-budget supermarkets.

Location,budget friendly and clean. The basics, nothing more than required. ...

Nothing too much to complain about, but remember to book parking ahead of time otherwise you park in the street. Some staff some almost no English, which did not help.

Very clean bathroom, bedlinen and the rest of the room. Personell tok into account my wishes I wrote by booking. Good beds and silent area made that I could rest well. I will definitely come back and reccomend to others.

Location close to shopping-street

Great location near Charlottenberg S Bahn with quick access to all the sights. Bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Great value for money.

Stairs dimly lit.

Good location, closer to metro station what you can use to go to center and all main attractions, not so far from the hotel main shopping street Kurfürstendamm,little market with a lot of kind of beers in 5 sec of walk=) The rooms are pretty large, clean, with high ceilings. Bathroom is also ok. The special attention given to a bed, very comfortable, with warm and soft blanket. Reception working 24 hours, friendly and speak russian. We would recommend this hotel for short city trip.

We didn't like very dim room's lighting.

It was in good area for all our needs and good food.

The size of the bathroom it was small and the access into the shower was tight.

I found a good value-for-money with this hotel. Is well located in front of s-bahn charlottenburg and u-bahn wilmerdorfer str. The rom was simple with everithing I needed form my budget stay. The buffet breakfast is well supplied and good. That's really a plus. The wifi worked.

The hotel staff is quite cold, but is not a big deal. The room can be really hot but this is a common problem in the german hotels.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the railway station and 7 minutes from the metro. Breakfast was very good, the kitchen is clean. Room cleaning is done daily.
