Rooms are clean and comfortable.

If washing machine is not allowed to use then need to indicate clearly. Need to have Clear using instruction to show to Guests to prevent problems.

The Apartament was very confortable

It is a family house. Our hostess is a very kind person, the place is nice, closed to a train station, internet access and other amenities. It was a good stay there.

The bed room could have a blackout curtain.

It was near to the hannover messe, near to the station and quite.

There was no place to buy grocery near buy no place eat near buy they must mention these things while booking

Was very surprised to see a full 1 bedroom flat very well furnished Beautiful views over orchards and small lake to the left South facing we were lucky to be there the most beautiful weather 1st wk march 2013 Amazing sunset The owner Hans is very attentif to our needs. He drove us to shops and even had his daughter help us with our forgotten euro adaptor. Very nice restaurant la rocca nearly next door to property

Nothing! Maybe a flat screen tv and better choice of channels for travellers

The landlady did not know a single word of English d I did not know German.There was a lot of problem in communicating.You should initially ask customers their preference of language and from your database of apartment owners you should match preference. In these days of digital world you should also ask the preference of WI FI and ask property owners to have this facility since people coming from far off places for the exhibitions and conferences do need this normal requirement like hand washing. 2. You should within a day or two assign the location and number of the apartment.Which in this case I had to ring from Pakistan which was not necessary Or you should inform that our location will be informed within two days. 3. Many times I rang to apartment office and they were not responding.In this world where sun does not set communication should be 24/7.

This is private appartement not hotel, so if you are going there like my visit for a few days for a conference or exhibition , you will need resturant , laundry , grocery at least but all these facilities are not there even inside the appartement there is no washing machine or iron if you want to do it by your self, another problem is nobody speaks English so in case you need something no one will help you or assist you, more over is the phone no. What I received in the email no body answering the call , those who suppose to be the agent of these appartements.

First day we arrivesd at the hotel,the room wasn't the one we order. We must complain to the abt to change it,but instead of checking our booking they insist that they give the right place for us. We must be carefull with the person who run abt. I hope booking.com must reconsider using this company.its very inconvinient with abt apartments.

Very near to the exhibition place. Good & warm welcome by the Turkish family

Security was not proper. All room must have given keys instead of keys was shared between unknown guests !!!!

The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The shower curtain was a joke as it was falling down and needs to be replaced. The washing machine was full of somebody else's clothes. There was no toaster that I could find. No clothes dryer or drying rack. I was there for ten days and needed to wash my clothes, some attention should be given to this.

Great apartment, wonderful cosy place.

The owner of our specific apartment didn't know we were coming but still accomodated us. We had a whole floor of the house to ourselves including a full kitchen and bathroom but no internet. Really quiet and beautiful part of town. Not very hard to find and close to the tram station. We only saw our host once when she answered the door and took our money in exchange for the key.

Didn't have internet and didn't know where to find our hosts if we had questions.

My apartment is large and comfortable. The host is nice and warm.

Just be awared that the location of the office and the apartment are different and might be 10km away from each other. A little bit surprised that there were some stuff remaining in the room.

I have book one more day! I was trying to do the refund but it was not working! :(

Отличное расположение, рядом все необходимое (супермаркет, ресторанчики, остановки гор. транспорта). Квартира в тихом районе, чистая и со всеми удобствами. На мой взгляд - отличный вариант за свои деньги.

-Kein Platz im schrank für die Klamotten außer 3 Bügel -0 Internet Möglichkeit -Sachen überall. Mann könnte sich nicht wollfuhlen
