Good location.

Bathroom was not in the room but just across the corridor - not a big problem, still you can't enjoy full comfort.

It is in a good location. Fast WiFi. The room I got was very spacious, with a small balcony overlooking Severinstr. I really liked the room. It had extra beds and could comfortably host 4 people if needed. Good value for money, large bed, lots of space in the room.

The table in the room is not useable due to its location under 2nd floor of the extra bed. Bathroom for my room was in the corridor (but I knew it from the reservation and it was not that inconvenient).

Location in Altstadt Süd (southern old town) residential area, lots of restaurants, pubs, shops. Good free wifi. Friendly staff. Public transport nearby.

Be sure to ask for a private bathroom in your room (ensuite) instead of across the hall, if that's a problem.

Room very small. Furniture old and in poor status. Separation between room and bathroom.

Parts of it seemed to be a building site. Smoking in Reception area. Only one key was handed out to a those sharing a room, making life rather complicated.

It was a lot quieter than other hotels I have stayed at in Koln, although during the night there were unexplained noises from machinery - maybe the new Tramline construction. However, I was unwell and had to rest in bed for one day and it was nice and peaceful. The breakfast offered was very good. The staff friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a very clean basic single room which was good for the price paid. breakfast was good- eggs cooked to order Staff friendly I was wanted to stay around Chlodwigplatz and few options available- this was a good budget option.

Locatie, ontbijt.

Prijs, de kamer, personeel, geen rekening ontvangen wel afgeschreven. Geen badkamer op de kamer (waar bij de reservering wel stond eigen badkamer). Geen parkeergelegenheid.

Das Zimmer war Rauchbelastet obwohl Rauchverbot!

Sehr freundliche Bedienung beim Frühstück.Angenehmes Ambiente.

Fernseher sehr ungünstig angebracht.Hatten uns mehrmals den Kopf gestossen.

Günstige Lage

Bettrost war nicht stabil, ist ohne Belastung durchgekracht. War wohl nicht das erste Mal. Nach Zimmerwechsel war das Abwasserrohr der Toilette nicht dicht. Bei jedem Spülgang trat Wasser auf den Boden aus und es roch unangenehm. Die Steckdosen waren defekt und aus der Wand gebrochen.

Lage war Ideal Frühstück war gut, könnte man mit ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit noch optimieren.

Nichtraucherzimmer roch nach Rauch Kleine einfache Reperaturen sollten durchgeführt werden. Defekte Lampe auswechsel Abluss in Dusche, defekte Lampe etc

Es fehlen Parkplätze, man muss auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen parken und die sind kaum Verfügbar.

in wenigen Gehminuten erreichte man die Einkaufsstraße, die auch direkt zum Dom führt

- kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche - Duschkabine ließ sich nicht schließen - nur öffentliche, überteuerte Parkplätze - Reinigungskraft kam ohne Anzuklopfen ins Zimmer, als wir noch schliefen

Lage und Preis

Primeiramente gostei do preco. A localizacao é boa porque é perto da Catedral e fica no centro de Colonia. Gostei do tratamento. De haver café da manha. Comparando as instalacoes equivalem a um 2 estrelas do Brasil. A limpeza é impecavel. Eu voltaria a me hospedar lá com certeza. Eu só nao fiquei todo o tempo ali porque errei ao fazer minha reserva, tendo que faze la em dois hoteis da cidade. Pela finalidade que me trouxe à cidade fiquei satisfeito e recomendaria para outros turistas que nao se importassem com a simplicidade do hotel, porque o preco compensa.

Nao tinha frigobar no quarto. As paredes sao de drywal(gesso) entao eu ouvia ruidos dos outros quartos do andar mas isso nao incomodou muito, até porque tive o mesmo problema no hotel seguinte. A arquitetura local é assim mesmo.

Плюсов не много, кроме расположения в центре, могу отметить чистоту номеров. Есть интернет, работает слабовато, есть номера где внутри есть ванная, в остальных номерах ванная в коридоре (не общая, а личная, просто ванная не в номере). Парковка только общественная.

Минусов много, приехали в отель, приколы начались с парковки, которая была в 500 метрах, стоит 10 евро, мест там не было вообще, поставили машину в 1 км от того места, завтрак был скудный и не вкусный, даже колбаса была самая дешевая по ходу.. Под окнами ходит много людей, шумно очень. Мне отель не понравился, но грязи или там неопрятности в номерах не было, в отеле, не смотря на наше присутствие проводились ремонтные работы, мы завтракали, а при нас проводился ремонт. В принципе если это вас не пугает, то жить там можно)))

Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Erg vriendelijke bediening ondanks dat er verbouwd werd in de ontbijtruimte. receptiemedewerker was erg vriendelijk. prima lokatie Prima bedden

De douche is moeilijk / niet toegankelijk voor hele dikke personen! Het was moeilijk om parkeerruimte te vinden, zeker omdat het allemaal eenrichtings verkeerstraatjes zijn. Veel geluidoverlast van de straat ondanks dat alle ramen gesloten waren. De hoofdkussens waren wel erg zacht. Zelfs met twee paar kussens dubbel gevouwen lag het niet lekker. We hadden geboekt voor twee kamers met badkamer op de kamer, maar we hebben twee kamers gekregen met badkamers aan de overkant van de gang.
