Hotel Accord Novum City Center  

Everything was as good as possible, so nothing was "best"... But what really stroke me was the quality, comfort and service compared to the prise... I've never experienced such a good stay for so little money!

What I like the most of the hotel is that it's a brand new building. That's the "only" good thing about the hotel.

With all due respect to booking, I find it hard to believe you do business with this hotel. The front desk staff was very "unpleasant", they were not helpful at all. The price was not what they advertise online. The telephone line didn't work until our last day, of course we had to use our own mobile phones. I don't think that's a good way of doing business. Our trip was of business and of course we needed to be online most of the time. The Wi Fi never worked during our stay. We made a complaint several times to the manager and all he did was to say he's sorry. Sorry didn't fix the problem that we had to go out somewhere else to connect to the internet so that we can do our work. This hotel offers breakfast and it's not inside the building. We had to literally walk 4 blocks, crossed several streets full smell, sex shop, and sex ladies. At night the area gets scary and doesn't feel safe. For the price this hotel charges we could had gone to a better hotel and get the service we paid for. The bed felt as if it was of second hand, we literally felt the springs hitting our backs. We got awaken every day with hammer sounds and When we arrived to the hotel they made us wait until 3:30 in order to go into our room, apparently they didn’t have something ready. Thanks to this problems we got delay on our work and had to postpone our return. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Nice hotel, however when we arrived it took 30 minutes for the man in the reception to process our bookings.com booking. Also the hotel was being renovated. The room was very clean and nice but make sure you reqest for a room that is not on the street side of he building unless you want to wake up at 700...Also wifi did not work even though mentioned in services.

Good reception staff . Sarah Elschen was particularly helpful. The hotel itself was well located a 10 minute or less walk from the Central Station down a road with plenty of Turkish restaurants and a Penny supermarket. We were pleasantly surprised with our room - it was new and modern, spotlessly clean and although a little on the small side quite adequate for our needs. The bathroom was also very nice and fresh with a great shower.We also found the room to be particularly quiet even though we faced the street. The thick curtains helped keep the room dark in the mornings which was good for a sleep in We were on the 3rd floor. There was no aircon, fridge or tea/coffee making facilities but that was ok. Free WIFI and a safe were a bonus We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Would have liked a fridge. We noticed that there was space in one of the cupboards to install one.

Good location, 10 minutes by foot to the central station, about 20 to the city center. The street if full of kebab restaurants and erotic stores/cinemas, but no sense of insecurity at all. Nice modern rooms, clean, silent.

- Lage in heruntergekommenen Viertel, jedoch nicht problematisch

Sehr guter Service, sehr freundliches Personal, absoluter Pluspunkt ist die öffnungszeit der Hotelbar (man wird nicht um zwölf rausgeworfen :) was sehr angenehm ist, wenn man noch eine Kleinigkeit im Hotel trinken und ein wenig quatschen möchte.

Top modernes Hotel. Lage Super. Preis Top.

- Eingangsbereich und Zimmer schön und modern gestaltet - wirkt alles sehr Hochwertig (auf dem zweiten Blick dann nicht mehr, aber egal)

- Matratzen waren zu hart und die Sprungfedern geben zu schnell nach (unbequem) - allgemein zu wenig Platz in den Zimmern (zu klein) - kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer - das Fleisch im Frühstücksbuffet ganz schlechte Qualität (billige Wurst, ohne Geschmack)

Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage, coole Zimmer und tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Auch das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert und top vom Preis / Leisttungsverhältnis.

Das Hotel ist klasse!es ist sehr modern und sauber.die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, gute Lage in der Hamburger Innenstadt (8 Gehminuten vom Hbf), Selbstverpflegung gut möglich durch umliegende Restaurants, einen Pennymarkt und Fastfoodketten. Die Zimmer waren über dem erwarteten Standard, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis (1 üb für 2 Pers. Im dz ab 40€) war unschlagbar - einfach Top! Wir würden immer wieder im Accord Novum City Center übernachten!
