Good access to U Bahn. Big room. Comfortable bed. Efficient staff. Not enough elevators. Sometimes had to wait a long time. Some traffic noise from nearby main road. Pillows were terrible. Scrambled egg at breakfast time was terrible but the rest of the breakfast was OK |

Good S-bahn and U-bahn connection and good location near main railway station and lake Alster. Beds were quite hard otherwise the room was nice. |

Very nice hotel 15 minutes walking from railway station with the underground in front of the hotel. Very quiet and clean rooms. They are originally nice designed and full equiped. Check in after 14:00 but you have the possibility to let the baggage in a room and go around. Expensive breakfast and not included in the price of the room |

Very nice and wide room (with both shower and bathtub) with all the comforts (refrigerator, microwave oven, safe, etc.). It's a bit far from the railway station for those who like walking (but it is close to a metro stop) and in a location not interesting to see. |

Very large room with all the facility's you need. Different placement of the breakfast but very complete. On 10 minute walking distance from the center. Parking is in the public parking below for around 10e per day |

The staff were extremely helpful with all my requests!!! Comments on the Net indicated that this may not be a hotel one should stay at because of it's location on the edge of the secondary red light district. This was not the case at all. Great location a few blocks from city centre and the lake. |

Spacious room for a family at reasonable price. Good parking facilities in the garage and good connection to the centrum by metro. Carpet on the floor, wooden floor prefers me much more. |

Very spacious and well decorated rooms. Excellent bathroom facilities. Free internet service. Free long distance calls. Excellent lighting. TV system was not working properly. Internet connection did not support Outlook email retreival. Bathroom lighting was very very noisy. |

Great room, clean and nice. Staff was friendly and 24/7 available. Situated almost in centrum (10 mins walking from HB). We will try their other hotels in other cityes when we next time travel! Breakfast was little bit too expencive, compared what it contained. It was ok, but not worth of 13 eur!. But just opposite the hotel, great bakery! bed was quite hard. |

Nice hotel, close to the metro and at walking distance to the city centre. The room (a family room) was clean, spacious and had extra's such as a shower and a bath, and free movies at the television. The negatives of the hotel are the really firm beds and no airconditioning (which made the room very warm to sleep in at night). |

Perfect for me and had also been perfect for my whole family with an extra baby bed. I have to say - this was my style of an hotel, all that was needed in good standard and absolutely a lot of extra that you do not need. |

The hotel was immaculately clean. The room was designed to accommodate three people comfortably, which was just what we needed. We particularly liked the modular bathroom, which was modern and convenient without appearing cheap or compromising comfort. We had a hard time figuring out how to exit the gated garage at about 4:30 in the morning, to take one of our party to the airport. It would be good if the management posted obvious, multilingual instructions. The hotel, as the other reviews states, is not in a central location. |

Three tube stops from City Centre (Town Hall) meant it was convenient, my main reason for choosing this hotel, but having now visited I realise there are many hotels that are closer and better value. Expensive and basic. True, the room is large as they say, but mostly empty floor space. Bathroom is a creaky dropped in plastic pod, microwave old (and not one utensil, so pointless), fridge tiny and warm, one sachet of coffee provided for two guests despite asking for more. On-demand music/video sounded great, but in reality content is old and way off main stream. |

Room size and shower are nice. One stop away from the train station on a frequent subway line. Decent price for Hamburg. They advertise air conditioning, but they don't have it. They have an air cooling system. The front desk said it would come on later in the evening, but it never did and it was too noisy outside for me to open the windows, which didn't open all the was because they feared someone falling out. There's also only a duvet on the bed, and it was too warm. Thin pillows too. |
