Suitehotel Hamburg City

中央駅から地下鉄で１駅分なので、非常に便利でした。しかも、地下鉄の駅から階段で上ると、ホテルが目の前- に立っているので、迷うこともまずありません。中央駅から歩くこともできるらしいのですが、他の方も記載し- ているように、雰囲気があまりよくないように思われました。大きな冷蔵庫、バスタブもあるので、長期滞在さ- れる方にお勧めしたいです。

子供連れと事前に連絡して行くと、子供の分のベットを用意してくれていて快適に過ごせた。部屋も清潔で満足- した。

ホテルの支払いについてreceptがもらえなかったのですが、いくらはらったのかわからなかった。

Conveniently located within walking distance from the shopping and the Alster Lake. Relatively large rooms, clean and equipped with Microwave and refrigerator.

Did not like the beds at all because they are way too firm and no other materesses were available!! The hotel arranged for 3 extra bedcovers under the sheet in order to achieve some "softness" and thus it was made a bit better but sleep was still difficult.

Our room was in the 17th floor (we asked for it as we booked) and the size of the room was great! Furthermore, it was very clean and well equipped. The location of the hotel was very close to the city center - perfect for a walk!

The room was a bit cold. Although we turned on the heating it was not getting warmer. Parking was 10 Euro per day! Free parking for hotel guests would be great.

15 minutes walk from main train station. Tram line outside Hotel and another about a block away. Could get anyplace from these tram stations.

Good access to U Bahn. Big room. Comfortable bed. Efficient staff.

Not enough elevators. Sometimes had to wait a long time. Some traffic noise from nearby main road. Pillows were terrible. Scrambled egg at breakfast time was terrible but the rest of the breakfast was OK

Good S-bahn and U-bahn connection and good location near main railway station and lake Alster.

Beds were quite hard otherwise the room was nice.

Very nice hotel 15 minutes walking from railway station with the underground in front of the hotel. Very quiet and clean rooms. They are originally nice designed and full equiped. Check in after 14:00 but you have the possibility to let the baggage in a room and go around.

Expensive breakfast and not included in the price of the room

Very large room with all the facility's you need. Different placement of the breakfast but very complete. On 10 minute walking distance from the center.

Parking is in the public parking below for around 10e per day

Great value for money. Big room, great facilities.

Spacious room for a family at reasonable price. Good parking facilities in the garage and good connection to the centrum by metro.

Carpet on the floor, wooden floor prefers me much more.

Very spacious and well decorated rooms. Excellent bathroom facilities. Free internet service. Free long distance calls. Excellent lighting.

TV system was not working properly. Internet connection did not support Outlook email retreival. Bathroom lighting was very very noisy.
