Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

In each suite guests enjoy high speed internet access, free landline calls within Germany, music and video on demand, internet radio and much more.

The convenience for the train station,bus station,tram station and the city is excellent. On arrival at the hotel on 8 sept 2009 having booked through booking.com they did not have any record of my booking although I produced the reference and pin number however, they did offer me a room. |

Excellent stay, Suitehotel follow a very specific lay out which is very comfortable and with free internet access, great facilities (gym and laundry) and no fuss, it is perfect for work. At 13 euros, breakfast was a little pricey |

Hotel has good proximity to Hannover main train station, and thus to the city centre. Room is large and the facilities are very good. Matress is memory foam and comfortable enough. Kettle and microwave were a bonus. Room divider may or may not be useful to some people. Paper cups for tea or coffee-making facilities - and not enough milk! |

Rooms was very well equipped with all you need for a business and leisure trip. the hotel was well located just a few minutes walk from Hannover Hbf and has a good access to city center and Messe (Fair). All was Ok but the breakfast was not fit the hotel level at least the price. Staff was not so friendly and helpful specially at day shift. Surrounding areas of this hotel was not good looking. Bus stops and some streets. |

The staff was friendly, the rooms were value for money. For the price we paid, we got a large room which was very clean and comfortable. Also, the location was good, being near the train station and the city. |

Sehr angenehmes Konzept mit teilbarem Schlaf- und Arbeitsbereich und Internet & Multimedia inklusive, alles funktional gestaltet und in gutem Zustand, verkehrsgünstige Lage, einfach alles sehr praktisch Badbereich etwas plastiklastig, aber in guten Zustand und daher kein Problem, eine schöne Aussicht aus dem Fenster sollte man nicht erwarten |

Habe schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel ubernachtet und war immer sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal haben die damen an der Rezeption aber mehfach wichtige Telefongesprache nicht zum Zimmer hochgestellt mit der Begrundung, dass ich nicht im Hotel wohne....Ein kleiner Tipp: vielleicht sollte man sich besonders bei Anrufen aus dem Ausland den Namen des Gastes buchstabieren lassen, bevor man wiederholt angibt, dass diese Person nicht im Hotel wohnt... |

Das Suitehotel ist für eine Dienstreise hervorragend geeignet.Das Platzangebot ist für Wohnen und Schlafen gleichermassen vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind zu hart. |

De afstand naar het centrum was goed. Wij dachten dat we met het hele gezin in één suite mochten maar werden bij aankomst min of meer gedwongen toch 2 kamers te nemen. Dat kostte ons €156,- extra. Één van de kamers stonk naar rook terwijl het een niet rokers kamer was. Mijn jongste dochter vond eelt van een vorige bezoeker in het bed. |
