The room was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. A perfect spot to adjust after an international flight. The elevator was a plus. Local citizens helped us find the location. |

At 46 euro/night, this was a very good value for the money. Our room (business room) was big and the staff was responsive. Our room had a waterbed and I wasn't too crazy about it. First time I've ever slept in a waterbed. |

It was quiet, safe, inexpensive, clean and the staff was polite and friendly. It was over 95%, I was on the 4th floor and there was no ac!! I toured the city during the day, it was incredibly hot in that room. |

location was good in nice city location The evening staff was angry and expressed anger when I could not open my door and they needed to help me. I was in Mannheim on Annual Reserve Military Training. The PM staff appeared disappointed that I would come into the hotel in my uniform. They were not helpful. |

Location check in staff helpful, good location for a quick stop over, secure parking. Efficient internet. The bed was double but made up as a single not enough bed cover for 2 people. The smoke at the external doorways where staff were smoking was unacceptable, these included food handling staff with out hand washing before resuming duties. Hotel management should emphasize the importance of hand hygiene especially with the global flu hovering in the world. |

Good location. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Underground garage (recommended as limited parking facilities outside). No restaurant around in case of late arrival. |

Mw. Leitch heb ik persoonlijk gesproken voor inlichtingen voorafgaand aan de boeking via booking.com. Bij aankomst stond zij aan de receptie en herkende ons n.a.v. onze boeking. Dit hebben wij als een warm welkom ervaren. In zijn algemeen waren wij tevreden, de hotelkamer had wel schoner mogen zijn rondom het bed en de nachtkastjes. |

Trotz Lage an Straße sehr ruhig, gute Parkmöglichkeiten Als Nichtraucherin auf Raucheretage untergebracht trotz sehr früher Buchung, es wurde mir nicht vorher mitgeteilt! Bad: defekte Seifenablage, Kalkreste - Duschkopf war nicht an der Duschstange zu befestigen - Keine Haken für Bademantel etc. - |

Spärlich eingerichtete Küchenzeile. In der Badewanne fehlt der Stöpsel, baden war so nicht möglich. Das Frühstück ist mit 14 € zu teuer. |

Problemloses Buchen, ordentliches Hotel. Zu verbessern wäre lediglich, dass das Hotelsehr versteckt liegt und man vorbeifährt. Hinweisschilder und eine bessere Beleuchtung des Hotels - insbersondere am Abend- halte ich für sinnvoll. |

Lockerer Umgang mit den Mitarbeitern, hilfsbereitschaft und optimale unkomplizierte Problemlösungskompetenz Zimmerausstattung: es fehlt Safe, Minibar, Anleitung für Telefon. Kein Weckruf (!!) (strange). Preis für Wlan auf dem Zimmer zu hoch (umsonst in der Lobby ohne Mehrwert?), zu wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer, Putzdienst unzureichend, zu wenig Fernsehkanäle (nur 10 oder 12). |
