SORAT Hotel Berlin-Spandau  

Very polite and helpful staff, quality and choice of breakfast buffet was excellent.

Breakfast was quite good and the catering staff were very friendly and helpful.bathroom was clean and the room comfortable.

I travel the world and stay in many hotels but here the key system to get in and out of your room is the worst I have ever seen!!.The key was broke and they couldnt give me a spare one.everytime we had to get into our room we had to go to reception and get security to open our door...really annoying.The girl at reception was unsmiling and unwelcoming..she needs training in customer service.i wouldnt return to this hotel if you payed me!

Excellent value for money, helpful staff and lovely room. Although classed as 3^ there were things that would make it 4* such as the lovely spacious room, bath robes, mini bar and trouser press. The garden looked very inviting for a relaxing afternoon. On our return from an evening out the outside area in front of the hotel was a nice area to have a night cap.

As it was very hot on our first night stay, it was difficult to sleep as there is no air con. The locality was great for our trip as we were going to a concert at the Zitadelle but the hotel is quite a way from the city, however, the public transport in Berlin is so good that it wasn't really an issue.

Good quality for good price. Close to S-Bahn/U-Bahn (5-7 min. by walk).

A bit noisy because of close proximity of airport, but planes don't fly at night (10pm - cca. 6am). Otherwise very quiet place.

Freundlicher service, ruhige lage

Das Hotel hat eine überschaubare Größe - ohne lange Wege. Der Service ist sehr gut für die 3 Sterne-Klasse.

Bis ins kleinste Detail schönes Ambiente, ruhig gelegen, sauber, freundlicher Empfang, gutes Frühstück

goed berijkbaar met het OV, goede service, voor herhaaling aan te bevelen.

Das erste Erscheinungsbild und die netten Mitarbeiter

Die Matratzen waren leicht durchgelegen, das Zimmer neben der Bar, alter Teppich und im Detail hat der Hausmeister noch einiges zu erledigen wie lockere Lampen, defekte Lattenroste etc .
