SORAT Hotel Berlin-Spandau  

Very polite and helpful staff, quality and choice of breakfast buffet was excellent.

Breakfast was quite good and the catering staff were very friendly and helpful.bathroom was clean and the room comfortable.

I travel the world and stay in many hotels but here the key system to get in and out of your room is the worst I have ever seen!!.The key was broke and they couldnt give me a spare one.everytime we had to get into our room we had to go to reception and get security to open our door...really annoying.The girl at reception was unsmiling and unwelcoming..she needs training in customer service.i wouldnt return to this hotel if you payed me!

Excellent value for money, helpful staff and lovely room. Although classed as 3^ there were things that would make it 4* such as the lovely spacious room, bath robes, mini bar and trouser press. The garden looked very inviting for a relaxing afternoon. On our return from an evening out the outside area in front of the hotel was a nice area to have a night cap.

As it was very hot on our first night stay, it was difficult to sleep as there is no air con. The locality was great for our trip as we were going to a concert at the Zitadelle but the hotel is quite a way from the city, however, the public transport in Berlin is so good that it wasn't really an issue.

Good quality for good price. Close to S-Bahn/U-Bahn (5-7 min. by walk).

A bit noisy because of close proximity of airport, but planes don't fly at night (10pm - cca. 6am). Otherwise very quiet place.

Die Lage!

Wir hatten keine so gute Matraze - Pech.

Die Möglichkeit auch ein Raucherzimmer zu buchen und zu bekommen.

Vom Vorgast war leider noch Salatreste in der Minibar

Goede overnachting in rustige buurt op loopafstand (10-15 minuten) van U-Bahn, S-Bahn en busstation. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Goede prijs- kwaliteit verhouding.

J'ai été globalement très satisfait et ne trouve aucun point faible. Ce qui m'a vraiment étonné est de pouvoir avoir accès à la navette pour se rendre au restaurant italien du coin.

Der Service,die immer hilfsbereiten, freundlichen Mitarbeiter.Genau richtig für unsere Wünsche und Ansprüche (Raucherzimmer)sehr ausgewogenes Frühstücksbüfett.Gerne jederzeit wieder.

wenn man spät ins Hotel zurück kommt,sind leider die Parkplätze mit Fremdparkern besetzt,aber auch das hat zum Schluss geklappt ,wir haben einen Behindertenplatz bekommen.vielen Dank dafür

Quiet, breakfast, warm. The staff at the breakfast area was very warm and was always laughing when you asked for something. The staff who cleaned the room was always very gentle.

The carpet could and should be cleaner. The reception staff should be smiling, at least "a bit". I never felt I was welcome, when entering the hotel. The shampoo in the badroom could be better. They could also have another product for the hair.

Keurige kamer, uitstekende rustige ligging.

Matig ontbijt, te weinig bedienend personeel. Betalen voor internettoegang is niet van deze tijd.

замечательный отель! несмотря на то, что в принципе расположен на окраине берлина, это не доставляет никакого дискомфорта: транспортное сообщение отличное, вокруг жилые дома, а сам район известен как чисто немецкий, т.е. совсем не страшно, например, возвращаться вечером, когда темно. сам отель очень уютный, чистый, с отличным завтраком!!! рекомендую!

из минусов - за 4 дня пребывания ни разу не сменили белье, только один раз поменяли полотенца, когда уже положили их на пол.
