The location is perfect, probably the best in Wiesbaden. The presence of sauna and Wi-Fi is a good plus as well. The double room is too small, the room make up is poor (they actually don't clean it as needed), and eventhough they declared they have a sauna, out of 7 days we stayed there first 3 I couldn't use it because on reception she said that she is alone and can't prepare it. In general, except location, it's the worst hotel I've even stayed in Germany, it reminds me inexpensive French hotels, but not German. Don't really understand why other feedbacks are positive. |

Free internet in the lobby for 1 hour. Very elegant bathroom furniture. Advertised as sound-proofed but as the building is built like a concrete rabbit warren the sound of foot prints in the corridors echoes so loudly that I woke every time thinking there was someone in the room. Grossly overpriced room and breakfast. Rooms are tiny. |

The location is heart of old town and best for shopping and touring.The staff is very helpful,the room is very comfort and clean.Also has a welcome candy surprise you when you go into room.The elavater should be repaired when it start or stop,it make a big noisy.The breakfast is not valuable. |

Proximity to city centre, and ease to travel around to city, the staff were very good and obliging. Our room was at the back of the hotel and the noise in the lane at night was very bad. If recommending this hotel, I would have to mention the noisy nights. |

There were mints on the pillows and a complimentary bottle of water. The shower was a good size. There was a heater in the bathroom. It is in a good location for shopping and sightseeing. It was convenient. There wasn't free parking available. Breakfast was not included. The bathroom was made of semi-see-through walls, making it awkward using the toilet in private if sharing the room with family or friends. It is on a busy street and can be loud if the windows are open. |

Central to everything - just off the center of the pedestrian zone - that's the biggest draw to the hotel. View from my window was of an abandoned building across an alley with several inches of pigion dung on 5 window ledges and going down wall - even with my window. No free WIFI in the rooms, 8€ an hour. A 14€ buffet breakfast when one only wanted coffee and a croisant. |

Looked at 5 rooms none that were anything to write home about and was told I would have to pay €20 extra for the privilage, of cleaniness. needs a good cleaning and facelift, carpets soiled and generally filthy |

Beautiful room in a modern style. The personnel is very helpful and polite. The heating in the room was minimal. The space for hanging clothes is small, so this hotel is more suited for short trips. |

It is very well situated in the centre of Wiesbaden. And is clean and modern. The reservation was made for a room with double bed non smoking. At the arrival and check-in I had to choose between smoking and double bed or non smoking 2 single beds. The obvious choice was non smoking...2 single beds. This is against agreed reservation...and the hotel did not appologize or offer a drink or something.... |

Staff are quite welcoming and act with a smile even when they do not have a good command of the english language I though a kettle in the room with tea and coffee bags would add value and does not have to be listed as an upgrade for the room that involves extra charges |
