Exellent location,dining room and breakfast choises varaieties,good value for money,very efficient dining room service,especialy by Mustafa,pleasant and relaxing inside decor

The attitude of receptionist by name of Nina,not a very friendly personality for front desk receptionist,cannot or did not want to explain about city public transportation on how to get somewhere rather than to reffer to taxi.In this aspect Mustafa was very fiendly and helpfull. Absence of travel brochures or city's sightseeings surroundings,high cost for in lobby computer ussage,very small rooms,durring four nights stay the burned bulb in the shower was not changed

I liked the location of the hotel and the rate we paid for: 60 euros for 1 night. I also liked that it was pet friendly and that my dog was also allowed.

The size of the room was quite small for a two person room plus 1 large dog. Also, the lack of air conditioning, however I do understand that is not a common place item.

The hotel is perfectlz located in the heart of the citz and has perfect connection via the autobahn and the train to Frankfurt messe.

Great, quiet, in-city location. Good breakfast available. Good price. Nice, clean (albeit small) room

Hotel is ok but there was some tormenting scent of something...smell of shaft or I do not know what it was... Rooms a bit too small but good brekfast and location in City Center. Also- parking for 24h for hotel customers-15€, for other people-10€

The hotel is situated close to the main pedestrian area.

It is a slight walk from the main station but entirely possible. The room was small but overall a good stay.

Location- very central for the shops, clean and servicable

Only one key card per room which is problamatic if you want to return at different times. The glass bathroom is not very private especially as the door didn't close properly! Ok for a couple but I stayed here previously with friends and they showered with the light off!

I like just about everything; from the location, comfort of the rooms, staff, excellent breakfast. I will stay there whenever I am in Wiesbaden

Price for Value. Achat is a good choice in Wiesbaden City Center. Young Hotel Staff are always friendly and professional.

The location of the hotel is perfect - it's right in a few minutes by walk from the city's main attractions - Marktplatz and Casino, as well as from shopping malls - Karstadt and Galeria Kaufhof. There are also a lot of cafes and restaurants near the hotel with the great choice of different cuisines. Hotel itself was clean and quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and ready to help with any question or problem.I should also mention that the breakfast served in the hotel was surprisingly good for 3-star hotel, I was happy to find Caprese salad and fresh pineapple. The room was tiny, but as we were only two there, that was not such a big problem. The hotel is perfect for a short stay and combines good value with the reasonable money paid for it.

If you travel with your friend (no matter, male or female), the shower cubicle could probably become a problem (if you are shy), as the walls there are almost transparent.
