Into the room there is smoke's stink

Parking is ok, but confusing if you don't know the city.

Wonderful location. The staff are very helpful. Rooms are very clean and relatively quiet.

Rooms are very small and have only one chair provided and no drawer space to store clothes. Internet connection is very slow.

Nice design in entrance, very well placed in the city.

If on business and sharing with a colleague, beware that bathroom wall is semi-transparent and one can see everything the other person is doing while in there. This also means if they put the light on in the bathroom during the night, it totally lights up the entire room! Our room also had a very strong "drain" odor. Also beware that if you are there for business, the Internet is extraordinarily slow (in lobby and in room), and I was told that this was just "how it was". So if you have to do any work using the Internet, look elsewhere.

The location of the hotel was perfect for the job location I was working in

Internet for free would be great in the rooms...

Good location within the walking distance to shopping and good restaurant areas, good rates and service for 3 star hotel. We can catch up with cnn News in English! Car park access to the hotel lobby if you come with car.

We have to find the way to the hotel from the local people. The hotel didn't reply email sent by us asking for direction to and from the hotel to the curtain places. New traveller to this hotel have to study their route before but once you know the route. The hotel is in the well location!

I am comfortable there. I am well treated by the staff, especially the wait staff of the restaurant in the mornings.

Of course the new carpet installation work was going on. I understand... The new carpet is much better looking.

A good clean tidy hotel with a lovely breakfast, on the edge of the town centre or stadt mitte, no noise at night time from the streets below and every thing is in easy walking distance.

Small size room, with a slightly frosted glass screen seperating the sleeping area from the bathroom. Found the hotel difficult to locate at first with the sat nav but once in the right car park you can access the hotel using another lift down to the reception area, inwhich is a seperate one, which you use to take you up to your rooms but ask for these directions.
