Wi Fi Clean Comfortable Great Location - Right in the city centre, close to shops and restaurants Nice Bar area All facilities you need in room, e.g kettle, hairdryer, iron on request
Abit pricey No restaurant Breakfast very expensive
Perfect Locality close to city Continental breakfast Nice staff
Cold in a room and on the corridors
size of the room+bathroom+you can hear the voices from outside and from the rooms beside you
The staff was very unclear about the booking for breakfast, our receipt indicated that We had pre paid the breakfast, the woman at the desk on checkout was very abrupt and ignorant when she charged us 90 euro for breakfast! Her tone made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable.
Price & Breakfast (Included)
- 2 single duvets for double beds - dry blood on duvets and pillows - poor insulation between rooms
Internet connection and central location
17 Euro's for a breakfast is robbery. I suggest you get a 5 euro breakfast in one of the nearby backeries. Very small bathroom with very noisy heater. Heating in the room isn't big enough for the room to get warm.
Good price for quality. Easy check-in and out. Parking facilities. Good breakfast buffet
Heating system in the room did not work well and Internet connection was breaking up
Very close to the shopping district
the hotel elevator and hallways smelled like sulfur in the evenings (eeewe). No insulation in the rooms, froze at night.
The staff, the loccation in the city and the cleanness in the facilities.
Friendly staff Nice rooms, with good shower accomodations. Breakfast was very good, many choices available
Rooms are announced as "sound isolated" but they forgot the doors to the hallway, these are very thin and you can hear everything on the hallway. Bathroom door did not close completely, we reported it broken, but it should have been seen by housekeeping
Rooms modern and efficient. Close to town.
They are pet friendly and its very close yo downtown. Breakfast is really good.
The elevator takes too long and the bathroom it's incredibly uncomfortable.
No laundry facility
transparent toilets. Not comfortable !
We were upgraded to a suite as the room we had requested was occupied. It was a lovely room. The breakfast was excellent. The staff went out of their way helping us. We had no faults at all with the hotel except for one thing.
The only fault we had was we slept dreadfully. The room was very noisy and if we closed the windows it was too warm. Air conditioning would solve the problem, but in the middle of the town you can expect noise.
No window shield / blind in bath room
Schöne Ausstattung komfortables Bad
Very clean No noise Exellent location Enough Parking available in the area Very OK for the money
Very, very small room
Location is good in the centre of Wiesbaden.
Some of the rooms are at a very noisy alley. Especially annoying at weekends.
Problem with Wifi
I arrived quite early in the morning and was immediately given a room.
free WLAN, city location
Expensive parking, expensive breakfast
Comfortable beds, very clean
\No cover for the bathroom windows and thin curtains; far too light in the summer mornings
Staff was amazing. Changes our ultra-heated and noisy room for something a bit more reasonable and overlooking the inner courtyard. The exceptional front desk staff are the only thing that made our stay there more bearable. The location is also very central.
The place has no air-conditioning or proper ventilation so on a hot day you are suffocating inside. There are no proper bathrooms. The bathroom is in the room and is only separated by a glass door through which you can see and hear everything. The overall quality is only slightly better than that of a student dorm. On top of this, the cleaning lady came to clean the room at 8 am on the day we are leaving.
