Staff is very efficient. Parking was safe and wifi very good and free, The restaurant, excellent asparagus soup.

No sound proofing room.

The sign outside should be lit and seen from both directions.

We arrived very late during the night, but this was no problem, although on the website it was indicated that the reception would close at midnight. Everyone was very friendly. The hotel is relatively close to the highway, and a good place for transit as well.

Achat Hotel it is a good location for a small brake.

It is a well located, very correct hotel with friendly staff. Special bonus points for the excellent sauna/jacuzzi (although the latter did not work) and the safe underground garage.

Superb Bavarian hotel

We just used the hotel as a stopping point on the way to Vienna, so we did not really use it as a base to explore Passau. The staff was cordial, the room fairly clean, but a bit ratty. The breakfast choices were good. Easy on-site parking.

No air-conditioning. The breakfast staff were too busy chit-chatting to really pay attention to our table. It took 20 minutes to be given coffee, and they seemed quite put out that they needed to refill the milk pitcher for cereal. The night staff stood under awning out front and talked loudly to each other well after 11p.M. but the room was sweltering, so we had to keep the window open. Quite annoying.

The room was clean, the bathroom was big enough. The hotel is easily accessible by car, and only 15 minutes distant from Passau town center by feet. At night it is quiet.

Good value for money and easy to find

It is on the very edge of town not really suitable for a city visit if you want to walk into the city. We were told by reception it would take about 30 minutes to walk to the cathedral it took us nearly 60.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

If you want the internet in your room, you have to pay for it.

Ruime kamer, lekker eten in restaurant (goede sfeer). Prima bereikbaar vanaf snelweg.

Немного далековато и от центра, и от Дуная.

Wir sind als Gruppe von KollegInnen gereist, nicht Freunde. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Bewirtung im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Da wir außerhalb der Saison zu Gast waren, gab es nicht alle angebotenen Getränke, insbesondere Cocktails.

Хороший чистый и уютный отель. Есть собственная парковка. Хороший персонал, вежливый и дружелюбный. Чай и кофе в номере бесплатно. Wifi работает в номере отлично.

Дороговато за отель в этом месте. Завтрак в стоимость не входит (стоит 7 или 8 евро). До центра города пешком далеко.

La rapidité d'exécution à l'acceuille une fois le nom de la réservation par internet transmise! ( En exemple, une réservation par internet à Toronto l'été dernier, la réception nous avait exigé copie de la confirmation par e-mail de Booking.com + notre carte d'identité!?)

1/ Au restaurant pas de traduction possible du menu en français, avons prix le plat mixed grille de poisson pour être sûr de notre choix de poisson au cas ou l'un des poisson proposé ne nous plaisait pas!? 2/ Deux couettes sur un lit double!? Alors qu nous avons l'habitude d'une grande couette! 3/Pas de chaine francaise à la télévision!? Alors que Euronews nous suffirais déjà! Conclusion heureusement que nous nous débrouillons dans la langue anglaise
