Personal and accommodation were very nice and confortable. Breakfast was enough and good quality.

Basically there was nothing to complain about!

There are no eoungh places in the Cars Garage , and also not well oranized (Garage Entery without safety borses)!

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Free parking but some problems may happen. Internet access available. Breakfasts OK.

Bed: pillows: not helping good sleep; seeking parking place (ground level, underground hotel parking) may be difficult .

I missed fridge in the room

Very nice, big apartment. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Free underground parking & WiFi internet. Quite close to the centre.

Simple, clean room. 15 minutes walk from train station.

Even though they advertise free wireless, it didn't work on the 2nd floor due to poor signal. Thin walls might be a problem with noisy neighbors.

The pillows are like sleeping on hard rocks stuffed into a pillow case and are in dire need of being replaced. I choose to sleep with my travel aeroplane pillow instead.

Morning coffee was free, the staff was very helpful and everything was perfectly clean. The location is also perfect, 10 minutes walk from the city center

I have no negative impressions

It was a very pleasant stay . I do recommend it to others very close to the city center & comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Achat in Dresden. The hotel room was very spacious with its own little kitchen and lounge room. We only stayed overnight but it would be good for a longer stay as you could easily cook your own meals in your room. It was very comfortable.

Hotel was clean, neat and well priced.

It was crowded at breakfast... there was no sign to inform us of the second breakfast room. the busy hotel staff said we should go to the other room. A simple sign that there is another room to enjoy breakfast is all that is needed.The other breakfast room was low on stocks. No orange juice, waited for bread rolls, etc.

Location was a bit far to get to, especially when it's snowing heavily.

Hotel not in the Altstadt area as advertised, more than a walk away. We selected an apartment to accommodate my husband and me and our 21 year old daughter. However the third bed - a sofa - was simply not fit for purpose. It was unsprung, no better than the floor. It could not be described as a bed. Nowhere in the description did it say that the bed was not suitable for adults - in fact I don't think it was suitable even for a child. The bed was not made on arrival in spite of it having been booked. The rooms were bare - no bedside table or light in the double room on one side. No mirror in bedroom. The internet connection was worse than useless. This was a bleak room . I would not choose to stay here again.

Large apartment, quiet area, friendly staff, free parking and wi-fi. Overall, a very good experience!

The city center is half an hour walking distance from the hotel, the atmosphere is less characteristic to a hotel and more to a residence for longer stays.

Family room worked well. Kitchen facilities allowed us to skip breakfast cost and buy pastries from nearby bakery. To far to walk to downtown area but street cars and buses worked well with family pass.

Parking is limited although free.

Great location, public transportation right in front of the hotel, 5 mins to city zenter.
