Efficient, clean, and convenient hotel, just what I wanted and expected

Convenience. As it is closed to the train station.

Poor hotel breakfast and there are no convenience shops around.

Relative proximity of the Frankfurt Airport (by shuttle), and Frankfurt city centre (by train), relatively low-cost, forested area good for walks/jogging, fairly good restaurant in Hungarium.

First shuttle to the Frankfurt airport at 6:00 (had to spend 30 euro for taxi); no swiming pool, no free internet in rooms.

The room was very clean, it had a spacy separate bathroom and a wide corridor with a small fridge & e-cooker.

My wife & I found a small bottle (22cl) of mineral water but we were not sure whether it was an April 1st joke, for decoration or fight over it & the winner drinks it all. For the breakfast, there was plenty to eat but in comparison with other hotels nearby, I found it extremely poor. Scrambled eggs were cooked to death, the German camember & 2 other cheese were all tasteless. Maybe it's ok for a German taste but surely not for some continental visitors. The flat screen tv was very small, about 22". For those with a bad eyesight, they would need binoculars to watch anything.

Near I don't see some restaurants. Only one restaurant in hotel.

Clean, modern, roomy, 3 min walk from the S-Bahn.Windows can be opened (if you need to sleep with the window open!)

A bit boring ;) not chic! The buffet breaksfast is ok but a bit basic.

Quite place, very clean, convenient to the airport, good breakfast, next to the S-Bahn station (15min to Hauptwache)

During breakfast It was a bit annoying to have to ask for coffee everyday. The staff should pay more attention, probably ask the guests if they wish to get coffee, like I've experienced in every other hotel. But it's just a detail, the rest was OK.

The staff were very helpful, esp. Alexandra, who tried her very best to help us clarify problems in our flight booking. We were very grateful for her help indeed.

At first sight I was disappointed with the room and wished I reserved at NH Airport in Kelsterbach like I usually do. The room was 'no-frills' - except a free bottle of water. It's also further from the airport than NH Airport Hotel. But actually the room was comfortable and I could request dishes for the little kitchenette and could use the ironing room instead of an iron in my own room. Wi-fi worked from my room for free. The place is super close (200 meters) to the subway (called to S-Bahn or simply 'the train') and a 20 minute ride gets you to the famous shopping district at Haupwache station. The airport shuttle is free both ways and stops at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Its best to let the front desk know in advance when you need the shuttle (via email before arriving for example) so they can coordinate to make sure the shuttle is available. The buffet breakfast is good at only 7 euros. The front desk staff were all really nice. The attached restaurant was good - (hungarium.de).

Room was too 'bare bones'. Although clean, the first impression was a let-down. One 'too-small' picture hung on the wall. Overall, if prices are similar, NH Airport is a nicer room and nicer hotel. My Achat room for a single person is worth 65 euros ($90)/night in my opinion, maybe up to 75 euros ($105) not including breakfast.

Good choice for anyone staying Frankfurt for business trip with a tight budget.

2 minutes' walk from train station, thus quick connection to Frankfurt city. Quiet surroundings, good breakfast, staff is generally friendly.

Very convenient location to the main road network (I was travelling through Germany on a motorcycle trip) though a sat nav was useful for the last mile or so to find it. Plenty of free parking plus secure garage parking at a reasonable charge. Room was clean and comfortable and mine had a small kitchen in it which would have been useful for longer stays. The Restaurant, which specialises in Hungarian food, was absolutely excellent

Despite everything being clean the hotel has got a slightly worn and well used feel to it in places (not uncommon in busy airport type hotels) but this wouldnt put ,me off using it again

ACHAT was a wonderful small hotel in a natural setting: Staff: friendly and helpful. Restaurant:very good. Room: exceptionally clean. Van service from /to the airport was punctual.

Not within walking distance of a shop. That wasn't a problem for me but it might be for others.

Ths staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble, I sent emails before my stay and they were promptly replied to. Food was good and value for money. It has a shuttle service. The rooms had a small kitchenette if needed.

For me I had a front room and could here the trains passing by, but I am particularly noise sensitive so others may not find it a problem. Because of this and I didnt get the double bed I booked it led to a very poor nights sleep and I had a long flght the next day. But the above is because I am a particularly fussy sleeper so dont let that deter you from staying at the hotel.

No wifi in the room is a shame for 92 euro.

Room space is quite fine, with kitchen but without cooking tools and cooking stuffs.

Staff of front deck acting not so polited, he said shutle bus comes every hour but must make reservation in 1 hour prio to the schedule, I ask for reserving the bus with 55mins prio to the schedule, he said it's too late. In conclusion, not fexible enough. Another example is during weekend and dinner time, the hotel cannot provide cooking tools/stuffs, excuse is room service staff were all off duty. Again, very not fexible.

Quiet area

No wi fi in the room. Difficult finding it from the airport.

A bit difficult to get to but the price was good and shuttle service a decision maker. I did not see an a/c unit or controls. Would have been nice but it did cool off a night and I left the windows open and used my ear plugs. Thank you.

Lack of a/C.

I made the reservation late. We have two kids and I indicated in the message that we need an extra bed in the room. The bed was there when we arrived at midnight :) The breakfast was decent, but one better be a bit early there as some items were gone.

Great price for the room. Service was fantasic, the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist us with anyhting we needed. The Breakfast in this hotel (as in all German Hotels) was excellent. Always fresh, clean dinning area and the staff was very friendly. I will stay there again when I visit Germany again.
