The hotel was good for me as i was passing through Frankfurt and its location was not to far from the Airport and also provided good transportation to and from the Hotel. |

Receptionist initially claimed that I did not have booking, delay approx 30mins, awaiting confirmation of my booking even after I had given my confirmation number. |

Good hotel, but isolated and quite far away from the town of Langen (30 minutes walk). Reliable connection to Frankfurt by S bahn. |

It's very comfortable and the location is very near to the train station whcih makes it easier to go to the city. |

It was convenient for Frankfurt Book Fair as it was easy to travel to Exhibition Hall by S bahn. Also good connection to airport by shuttle bus. The hotel was generally a good place to stay (nice room and bathroom) and the staff very helpful and friendly. It would be good to have tea/coffee making facilities in room |

Free bus shuttle; good breakfast, peaceful surroundings, friendly stuff You have to make reservations for bus shuttle to the airport (during the weekend, it goes from hotel every full hour). |

The airport shuttle took care of our transportation in the morning. There was coffee and apples in the lobby in the morning. The restaurant in the basement was very good for an evening meal. The hotel was far removed from everything. It seemed to be in an industrial area, close to train tracks. No shops or restaurants nearby. |

Rest. bar open for lunch and dinner was good . wi hi in room 8euro an hour. Distance from city and airport was too far. good job they ran a shuttle bus to the airport. |

Staff (especially in restaurant) excellent, Restaurant (Food and hours), prompt & reliable shuttle service, convenience to airport, price, comfortable room Soft water (Difficult to completely rinse soap in shower), Noise from adjacent train traffic, not enough towels for 2 people |

the room, was a good size and staff were friendy there was only 1 bedside table and main light in room was not working. they also charged €10 per dog per night, non negotiable, which was more than the Hilton charges! |

That the free internet access was just available at the lobby and not in the rooms and it is not very comfortable to use a laptop there where the tables are very short. |

A nice breakfast and it was really helpfull the Shuttle Bus to give you a ride to the Airport (around 15 min away)... |
