From the moment that we arrived until the time that we departed the staff were very friendly and very professional. They had no problems communicating with a foriegn language. The rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. Our stay was an enjoyable experience. The Restaurant, though excellent, was being Italian in cusine style, not to my taste in food. This did not present any major problems though.

Leider war das Bad nur über die Zimmerheizung zu erwärmen. So musste ich warm schlafen ( ich mag es lieber kühl), damit ich das Bad morgens warm hatte.

צוות ידידותי. שירות הסעות יעיל ואינטרנט חופשי מהווה יתרון. שימו לב שלא ניתן לחייב את האשראי שהושאר לפיקדון בעת ההזמנה. יש צורך להביא את הכרטיס פיזית בעת החיוב למלון!!

Für jemanden der gerne mal etwas Ruhe benötigt genau das richtige,da das Hotel zwar ruhig gelegen dennoch im Kern sich befindet und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet.Das Preis-Leistundsverhältnis stimmt.Leipzig ist Sehenswert und einfach toll. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Bei der Buchung wird durch booking.com ein Bezug ab 10.00 Uhr angegeben - vor Ort angekommen wurde aber das Zimmer erst 14.00 Uhr bezugsbereit.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter Öffentliche Verbindungen sind eher rar. Der Bus fährt 1x pro Stunde. Zum Glück gab es aber den Shuttlebus zum Messezentrum.

Eenvoudige , nette en schone kamer, goed ontbijt. Men kan alleen profiteren van de voordeelprijs voor een 3 gangen menu bij het aan het hotel gekoppelde Italiaanse restaurant, als dit bij de boeking is doorgegeven. Dit wordt niet op de site waar men kan boeken vermeld.

- Frühstücksbuffet: gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis - Zimmer war sauber, aber Stockflecken in den Fugen der Wandfliesen ( Dusche) stören irgendwie immer

Geen overbodige luxe, maar alles aanwezig wat nodig was. Prima voor als je op doorreis bent of voor zaken naar de Messe moet. Ontbijt was prima en erg compleet.

Sehr nettes Personal. Besonders gut war das Frühstück bis 13 Uhr extra zum Wave-Gotik-Treffen. Nett ist der Coffee-to-go bis 11 Uhr. Der Bus fährt nur jede Stunde 1 x. Bis zur Tram ist es ca. 1,5 km zu laufen.
