Helpful staff. Turkish, Russian, German people in the reception desk all are very helpful.

Breakfast is expensive, it is 12 euro and not worth that much.

The location is easy to be reach by car. Parking is easy at the hotel area and free of charge. There is a little kitchen in the room which was very convenient if you want to have sth. warm to eat or prepare a tea or coffee by yourself.

It is close to the motorway and easy to find. Good underground parking, clean and comfortable room.

When we booked our room for three people it said the room would have a kitchenette. Because of this we brought some food with us to make a quick breakfast before heading off to Calais to catch a ferry the next day. We arrived late at night to find no kitchenette and no kettle or cups for tea/coffee. When I asked where was the kitchen I was told that as we had an extra bed the kitchenette had to be removed. The helpful man on reception did give me a kettle some cups, plates and cutlery but it was a bit of a challenge to carry them to the room though various doors. I would have expected the kettle and cups to have been in the room already.

All was satisfactory, the breakfast was excellent, it is quiet and clean

The lack of an elevator. We had to bring heavy suitcases up three floors.

The location was the best of all. The room was quite clean and tidy The bathroom was good too. It is within a residential area so things were peaceful and quite, no problems at all.

The internet service was on "paid-for" which I believe was unfair since other places where we stayed had internet (wifi) included and we paid the same rate. The heating was not working and when I asked at the reception she said it isn't working because we swtiched it off because of summer - well it can be summer for her but what about the people who are staying? I thought it wasn't fair on us.

The clerk at check in was very nice and helpful.

We had a open trace room that was convenient and can enjoy the space with family and friends.

Room is large, clean and nice. It has kitchenette in it, we didn't use it but it may be useful for some visitors. It has a garage for free. (You can also park your car in the street).

Internet is expensive Breakfast is expensive so we didn't buy it. There is a bakery nearby (500m) you can use that one. For the ones who does not have car may find the hotel a bit far.

The room was big and clean and offered just about as much comfort as you need for a quick three-day trip to Bonn. The kitchenette is an added plus, when you want to spend less money on restaurants during your stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Straßenbahn (tram) was just about 300 meters away and it travelled directly to the Central Station in just about 10 minutes.

The hotel is located in a residential area in the middle of the woods (Tannenbusch), which doesn't look all that friendly, but I guess that being near the tram station compensates for that. The only had paid Internet...

The only internet connection available is very expensive (13 eur/ per day), and not very fast.

Rooms have a small kitchen with kettle and fridge, very useful to make breakfast/dinner (and I guess for families with babies). Rooms have a safe box and are spacious. Hotel is located at 150 meters from Tannenbusch subway station, in 10 minutes you are downtown.

The hotel is located in Tannenbusch, which is not Bonn's best neighbourhood. Especially around the subway station there are not nice faces.

一切都很棒 位置其实也非常好 但是稍微有一点难找 旅馆的一切设施都超出预料 很推荐！

Keurig hotel mooie kamers

L'accueil et le personnel très sympa.

Merci au personnel de cet hôtel qui a été très disponible durant notre séjour malgré la barrière de la langue. L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités.

manque 1 micro-ondes dans le coin cuisine. WI-FI payant.

Wir waen nicht zum ersten und auch nicht zum letzten Mal im acora Hotel und Wohnen, die zimmer sind großzügig und sauber und durch die kleine Kochnische hat man sich auch immer mal schnell eine Tasse Tee oder kaffee gemacht, ode kann auch mal einen Joghurt oder etwas Obst unterbringen. Ideal finde ich auch, daß man sich auch noch morgens ganz spontan zum Frühstücksbüffet anmelden kann ohne große Formalitäten.

dieses Mal hatten wir halt Pech mit den Zimmernachbarn, die auch zu sehr später Stunde noch sehr laut waren. Das ist uns aber hier zum ersten Mal passiert und wurde auch gemeldet und auch gleich erledigt.

Nichtraucherzimmer steht an der Tür, war es aber wohl nicht immer, wenn man dominanten Geruch alten Tabaks wahrnimmt....

Grote rustige kamer. Goede metro-verbinding naar het centrum. Gratis parkeren bij het hotel.

Het ontbijt is veel te duur. De badkamer was erg klein, maar verder wel in orde.

Eigentlich alles!

Leider war es kein zusammengestelltes Bett und man konnte diese auch nicht manuell zusammenstellen. Die Betten waren getrennt und hätte gerne neben meiner Freundin geschlafen.
