Freundlichkeit des Personals Sauberkeit der Zimmer IDas Zimmer war relativ klein. Auch der Fernseher, der an der Decke hing, war so klein, dass man nur mit Mühe fernsehen konnte. Fernsehen war mehr eine Anstrengung als ein Vergnügen. Im Badezimmer fehlten ein Föhn sowie Duschzeug.

Ruhige Lage und ordentliches Frühstück. Die von uns mitgebrachten Fahrräder durften in einem Nebenflur untergestellt werden. Als wir ankamen (2 Ehepaare und eine Einzelperson) waren entgegen der Buchungsbestätigung von Booking.com nur ein Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer reserviert. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption behaupteten, von Booking.com nur eine derartige Reservierung erhalten zu haben. Allerdings waren die Namen Beutler, Weiß und Lepold auf der Unterlage des Hotels aufgeführt. Ein Anruf meinerseits vor Urlaubsantritt ergab die Bestätigung, dass für die vorgenannten Namen die Zimmer reserviert seien. Wer nun verwechselt hat (Hotel oder Booking.com), dass es sich bei Beutler und Weiß um zwei Ehepaare und nicht um zwei zusammen anreisende Personen, die mit einem DZ ausgekommen wären, handelt, war für mich nicht feststellbar. Auf jeden Fall bemühte sich das Personal sofort darum, das Ehepaar Weiß in einem weiteren Hotel in der Stadt unterzubringen, was auch klappte. Das Frühstück wurde dann von allen wieder gemeinsam im Hotel Acron eingenommen.

Es war jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Uns hat am besten gefallen, dass man nach einem langen Tag im Hotel noch einen kleinen Imbiss und einen Absacker zu sich nehmen konnte.

Das Hotel hat genau das gehalten, was es versprochen hat. Die Lage ist recht zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Gutes Frühstück, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir würden wiederkommen.
