The Breakfast is fabulous, the people who work there are really 'nett' and the supply you with everything, i rate it 5 stars!

Besides beign well located , the service at the hotel is excelent. You`ll feel like beign home and at the same time having all the attention of an hotel service. The managers are very kind and helpful and attended our needs with smiles whenever solicitated.

This is a small and friendly hotel well situated for the city centre, shopping, sightseeing and excursions. A tram stop is located 200 yards from the hotel, just two stops from the Alexanderplatz. It is quiet, offers a relaxed atmosphere and has a contemporary feel. The neat rooms have plenty of space and good-sized modern bathrooms. Situated within an older building it lacks an elevator but all the rooms are located on just a couple of levels. The staff is very helpful and a good continental breakfast is served. Several restaurants are located within short walking distances that offer excellent food at modest prices. The hotel itself serves only breakfast. I recommend this hotel without hesitation and will certainly stay there again. It's great value and very comfortable.

Coffee. I believe they should clean and re-calibrate the espresso machine.

The location was good walking distance to everything, the staff was very nice and relaxed - made us feel very welcome - and the room was kept in a nice design.

I got a good price offer but I find that the full price is a little bit too much considering there is no bar, no gym and no 24 reception if you have urgent questions or something else - especially as it is described as a 4 star hotel at booking.com

Adele Designhotel is a cool and comfortable hotel with a great location in the heart of Prenzlauerberg.

However, we had a very unfortunate start when checking in. We had booked the suite as we were three persons that would like to stay together. However, the hotel had made some kind of booking mistake, so the suite was not available. Instead we got two separate rooms, which was fine enough, but not what we booked. The hotel staff did not really apologize which we found a bit arrogant. We had a good stay anyway, just not what we expected.

The room was beautifully designed. Nice furniture. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Good location, just two tram stops from Alexanderplatz.

The hotel was closed during most of the day and at night. A computer was available for guests but only when someone of the staff was in, and it was unbelievably slow. No fridge in the room. Essential toiletries: soap, shampoo/body wash, body lotion.

Close to Volkspark, very friendly staff

Spacious, modern and clean rooms and very good service.

The tram station in front of the hotel was under construcion. An extra bus line M4 was however very practical when going to Alexander Platz. Travelling with kids we would have preferred a subway station being closer by.

The staff were great.

The internet didn't work properly. My room was stuffy. The hotel rooms had no "life" and didn't feel welcoming. The hard edge of 'designer' made the rooms feel dark and unfriendly.

the worm welcoming of the hotel owner and familiar atmosphere of the hotel the room was clean and comfort for a family with young child. the bathroom design was very good especially for those who do not want to spend there time in a bathtub! the car parking in the near street very close to the hotel cheap and one can find a space most of the time

après le tumulte du centre ville, il est agréable de se trouver au calme le soir à l'hôtel. Le quartier est sympathique pour terminer la journée dans un des nombreux petits restaurants pas chers du quartier

Hotel familiar, perto da AlexanderPlatz. Quarto espaçoso, com decoração moderna. Simpatia dos donos do Hotel. Bons yogurts no pequeno almoço.

Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade. Ausência de recepção e de elevador. Alguns quartos têm vista para hall de caixotes de lixo.

Lamentável; faltou água quente duas noites.

Die Gastfreundschaft, mit der wir begrüßt wurden und die wir die drei Tage über erleben durften hat uns sofort an unser schottisches B`nB in Inverness erinnert. Ganz große Klasse wie hier auf Gäste eingegangen wird!
