Comfortable and quite well located for a visit to Hanover. When we arrived the hotel was empty and we had to use an intercom to get in. The room was prepared but there were no staff to be found. The next morning we were met by a lady who told us as there were only three guests there were no breakfast facilities which we had ordered, although we had not prepaid this. It wouldwould appear this is a weekday hotel for business users - quite acceptable, but not set up for weekenders!

Sauberkeit, Bad, kleines aber gutes Zimmer. Das Abendessen, ein einfaches Schnitzel, war trocken, die Pommes Frites nur lauwarm.

- Das Personal war sehr Freundlich - Ich habe gut geschlafen - Das Frühstück war sehr gut - Das Zimmer - Keine Dusche - Sauberkeit - Es war wohl ein Maler am Werk, und hat gestrichen. Überall Farbkleckse, auf dem Teppichboden, Tür - Und dann der Preis - Für eine Nacht sage und schreibe 145,- Euro - Ich habe im Prospekt nachgeschaut, wo das Zimmer für 65,- Euro stand. - Weil wohl eine Messe in Hannover war, haben sie 80,- Euro aufgeschlagen. Sehr enttäuscht.

ruhig gelegen Personal beim Frühstück nett kostenfreie Stornierung bis eine Stunde vor Anreise Personal lustlos, fast alle wollten so schnell wie möglich Feierabend machen und hielten sich nicht an die vorgegebenen Öffnungszeiten in das Restaurant sind wir erst gar nicht gegangen, weil wir das Gefühl hatten, das wir nicht erwünscht sind Zimmer war nicht gemacht Frühstück war grenzwertig, Brot war alt und hart Obstsalat uralt und braun

Preis viel zu hoch führ eine solche Zimmer. Frûhstuck mit armen Produkten,die Brötchen war nicht gut (unglaubich in Deutschland).....

Clean and staf were helpfull They tried to over charge me the full 135 euro for the room. not the 65 euro i had booked. Backed down when i showed them a copy of your bookong confirmation.
