The hotel was nice and clean. The staff spoke good English and were most helpful with my enquiries. I had a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel was not far from the city centre. Breakfast was ok too.

The hotel was very nice and clean with comfortable rooms. The staff was polite and spoke good English. The free internet access was perfect. The breakfast was rich and tasty. A nice Italian restaurant with deliciuos pizza is located nearby. Good value for money.

Clean and efficient, nice view of the church out of the window. The hotel was relaxed but efficient.

The breakfast layout up staires to get food and drink and then down steep stairs again with them.

Everything. The other reviewers must have stayed elsewhere. It was a small, no star hotel, with smelly, dirty rooms, nasty bathrooms and no toiletries. They said my room was newly renovated but that was a lie as the carpets were stained, the room smelled and the bathroom was awful. It is also far from the train station and shops. The single rooms are damp and cramped.

The location was good -- walkable from both train stations and the Rathaus and next to a tram stop. The room was quite large for a European hotel, but the bathroom and shower were microscopic.

There was no air conditioning, and the room was sweltering! Our room overlooked the street, which had constant traffic all night meaning that leaving the windows open cooled the room but was very loud. I would stay here again, but ONLY in cool weather (or ask for a room that doesn't open onto the street.

Horrible bathroom. Stairs in the entrance, is difficult for who bring a heavy luggage.

Nice vieuw: Our chambre was on the fifth floor. Nice small chambre with everything you need and it's a good room to stay at for a day. (We were staying at the hotel for one day) I wouldn't recommend the chambre for people who stay at the hotel almost the whole day, but it's a good room for just sleeping and the use of the bathroom.

Nice hotel, only parking is sometimes tricky. We were lucky to find a place nearby.

Great comfort room, spacious, nice breakfast, free wifi, good connection to city. No restaurant but plenty to choose round about. Just nice!
