Staff was very nice - great people. The problem is that this hotel looks nice only from outside , it is poor condition inside. Nothing special at all. No complains .... they should make better bar area !!!

The location was good -- walkable from both train stations and the Rathaus and next to a tram stop. The room was quite large for a European hotel, but the bathroom and shower were microscopic. There was no air conditioning, and the room was sweltering! Our room overlooked the street, which had constant traffic all night meaning that leaving the windows open cooled the room but was very loud. I would stay here again, but ONLY in cool weather (or ask for a room that doesn't open onto the street.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location. Tram 4 goes to both city center and to Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe train station. Congress Palais is just 600 m away from the hotel. Several grocery stores are nearby. The nearby church bells rang very loudly at 7:00 sharp. I could have used some extra sleep.

Service, Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmeraussattung, Sauberkeit Lage des Zimmers 5. Stock zur Straße raus - bei offenem Fenster ziemlich laute Fahrgeräusche ab 04:30 / 05:00 Uhr, Preisiritation, da ich davon ausgegangen bin, dass ich über buchung übers Internet das Frühstück mit gebucht hatte und deshalb irritiert war, dass das wohl übers Internet nicht geht - hier schlage ich vor, dass die Leistungen und Kosten auch übers Internet ersichtlich werden.

Bij aankomst viel de kamer tegen, bleek op letterlijk '4 hoog achter' en heel erg basic. Na hierover te hebben gesproken werd de volgende dag een gerenoveerde kamer aangeboden! En die voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen! Tram naar centrum is redelijk dichtbij (wel heuvel op). Vriendelijke team! En heel belangrijk Praag is een schitterende stad! Avondje Jazz bij het ernaast gelegen cafe is ook een aanrader! Hebben een hele leuke design stadstuin (niet groot), is alleen jammer dat het waterornament het dan niet doet en sommige lampen het laten af weten.
