Parking can be a challenge, but this is to be expected as it is in a great downtown location.

Breakfast spread is very good. Hotel staff speaks good English & were very helpful. The only challenge is the parking but we managed to find a lot anyway. We will recommend our friends.

Great wifi. Good location. Rooms are large enough to accommodate kids. Breakfast above average for hotels in this class.

This hotel was perfectly located for my work in the city. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. The single rooms and bathrooms were small and unadorned, but perfectly comfortable, even in chilly winter. They had a minibar, but no frills. The breakfast was large and full of choices. You served yourself from the buffet. The wifi worked fine.

The hotel was clean, easy to find, convenient. The breakfast for 5 euros was a really good deal. they even had fresh squeezed orange juice!

The internet access was free but VERY weak. I had to go to the lobby to get any connection.

- they are trying to scare guest not to smoke in the rooms. It doesn't work. Instead, they should charge extra for that and make separate rooms for smokers only.

The hotel was a great value with a spacious room, small balcony, large bathroom and very quiet. The breakfast room was delightful with a wonderful assortment of foods. We were pleased with our stay.

Parking is on the street.

We liked everything, the location, the services, great breakfast, the proximity to the city and tram station. I forgot something in my room and they sent it to me at home as soon as possible. Great staying, thank you

Good location for Documenta, convenient for walking and for public transportation; the tram to the city center is a few steps away. Helpful friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Across the street from a good reasonably priced restaurant/cafe (Ebert's). Free WiFi in room and lobby although it didn't always work.

This is a bare bones, no frills hotel. There were absolutely no amenities apart from liquid soap in the shower and bathroom sink. The towels and bedding were thin and the beds were like monastic cots. I asked for a quiet room and got one in the front, overlooking the busy street below and across from a church (luckily the bells didn't ring at night). My room was cramped, dingy and unattractive, badly in need of updating, and awkwardly laid out. The closet access was blocked by a built-in luggage rack, for instance. The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable. Lighting was inadequate. The bedside lamps were useless for reading in bed.

it was a decent hotel located in a convenient location 10 minute tram ride to the center of the city. the room is large with windows looking over a beautiful landscape.

the huge problem i had was the internet connection. somehow, the connection went down on friday in the entire hotel and the hotel could not restore it over the weekend. they had only one computer in the lobby (no printer) and the mouse cannot be extended to the right side of the pc (the cord is too short!). basically, the hotel does not consider the business use a prioity at all. so if anybody wants a secure internet connection in this hote, i would not recommend this hotel at all. another minus is that there is no coffee or tea utensils in the room. or no electric pot in the room to boil water.

very friendly, nice big airy rooms, with balcony and view of hills. Very near to the tram for access to the city centre. A good place to stay for dOCUMENTA

Everything was ok. The room was quiet, confortable and very clean, the breakfast of good quality, right price and with a large choice of food. The Hotel position is good, only some tram stops from downtown and Documenta Locations. Finally, the hotel staff was prompt and kind.

Adesso was great, had a gorgeous view of Kassel from my balcony... Friendly staff and a generous and broad selection in the breakfast buffet. Great Coffee!
