It was in a good location, close to the A7. It was a convenient place to stay on our way back home, and the price was right. The room was average, and worked fine.

Have you ever been shouted by a waitress in a hotel? If you want to experience that, you can highly possibly have this kind of treatment in this hotel.

I stayed in hundreds of differect hotel, but this is the worst case I have ever experienced. And the hotel charged me Euro 10 for less tha 1 minutes call. Before I made the call, I asked the receiption about the price, but the anwser is "I don't know." So I thought it might be a reasonable cost. Because my mobile phone had some problems, I had to tell my family that "I am safe" at that time. I don't think Euro 10 for less than 1 minute call is reasonable. So I asked the receiption to provide a detailed bill for the call. But the anwser was always "I don't know" and "You have to pay the whole bill." In the end, one waitress shouted at me and another one is totally cool to me. I should record that shouting and upload it to the internet.

My god, i was booking for 6 day's, so i booked more 6 day's. Hotel is wonderfull, the girls into reception they are too kindly. Room are very very clean, heater work crazy nice, bathroom always shining. Breakfast is like in hotels with 5 star, also you have car parking for free. Internet working with enough high speed, and you have in everytime on the room. Be sure, i feel like in my home. So i prefer to anybody this hotel. (I'm very difficult person when i choose the hotels, always i find some problem's on the hotels, but here everything going like in the water).

We had a great triple at a good price. The room was large and L-shaped so there was some privacy between the beds at each end with a large seating area in between. Breakfast was only 5 EUR pp for a good quality buffet. Location great if you have a car (incl free parking) and ok by bus 10 min into city. A bargain worth visiting again.

Room was fantastic. Basic but with all the conforts, nice bed, flat screen, wi-fi, shower. The girls at the front desk were super nice and helpful. There is a fantastic italian restaurant downstairs run buy a charming italian couple. The food was excellent and fairly priced.

The location of the hotel is not ideal, but there is a bus that stops in front of the hotel which takes you from and to the city center.

Pleasant staff, clean room

There should have been free wifi but it was not working. There was no iron, no trouser press (though I was told there should be one in my room and if there wasn't then it was removed as it was broken). A taxi into Göttingen is €7.50 from this hotel. What really annoys me is that they added a €5 service charge not mentioned in the price on booking.com which I feel is unacceptable, especially when there was no wifi in the hotel. It should have been mentioned in the booking or included in the price. I paid €64 not the €59 on my booking confirmation. I feel cheated.

The wi-fi in my room didn't work, and when I asked about it, the staff tried to blame my computer (which has worked in every other location I've tried it in except for one hotel in Uzbekistan). The bed was unbelievably hard and unvomfortable. When my plans changed and I had to cancel one night, I told the staff early in the morning, and they were totally inflexible about their cancellation policy, although the hotel was full and they were making plenty of money. Not a good experience ...

The hotels closer to the center of Gottingen are expensive.This hotel is away on the other side of the University town of Gottingen but with Bus number 5,you can travel for 2 Euros one trip,or a Tageskaarted that is 4.60 Euro that is much cheaper than a taxi or multiple hip - hops paying 2 Euro.The money you save by not staying closer,and spending on efficient public transport to the destinations that I wanted like Max Planck and European Neuroscience Institute was a good decision.

Germans like most Europeans should smile more like us Malaysians.The hotel staff were friendly and efficient but lacked that 'smile"

Great value. I stayed in a huge modern comfort room. Breakfast for 5 Euros!
