The room was nicely designed and laid out, very convenient for our needs and larger than some other apartment hotels I have stayed in. We enjoyed the facilities and the hotel staff were extremely helpful with a request for information on a local club. There was no outlet in the bathroom to plug in the hair dryer or any other appliance. There was no way to make a cup of coffee other than instant. I have never stayed in an apartment hotel where I couldn't make a decent cup of coffee. I would have brought a per-cup filter holder if I had known. |

the news paper was delivered, as it was mentioned in our package, the charges for refilling of tea and coffee and sugar sachets looks very cheap and in the price of 189 euors one expects these things to be included, the terms and conditions of the bookings to be clearly comunicated to the reception for the better service too small spa and gym, room air conditioner was not working as in the bedroom the ac blower was not working properly, so we have to sleep with the opned door bedroom, that was very very surprising, |

We loved our room; it was clean, spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom and a spacious and well equipped kitchen area. The design was modern yet did not feel cold or uncomfortable. There was a generous breakfast buffet with a good variety of foods to choose from. The staff was pleasant and helpfull. The hotel is just a walking distance from the historic centre of the city.. |
