I was extremely pleased to stay with Adina, that has been my first time with this hotel chain and I was very nicely surprised how quality service and comfort the hotel in Frankfurt provides. First of all, my comments left on booking.com were actually read and the reception staff acted accordingly. They allocated a room on a high floor for us (surprise for my bfriend celebrating his bday) plus we got nice extras like longer access to the swimming pool, welcoming drinks. The housekeeping lady was very kind to us offering me plenty of toiletries when I asked for extra once. The quality of breakfast was absolutely great, and again impressive service. I truly recommend staying in this hotel for its location, facilities (swimming pool and sauna are so new & beautiful) and before anything else for passionate people working in this place. I travel very often and I can truly say this hotel deserves at least one more star! Our stay was exceptional and a big thank you for that to Adina quality people!

The location was excellent - very central and within walking distance of everything. Accomodation was spacious, comfortable and clean. We assumed the room terrace was public from advertising material and pictures - in fact it is private and only available to those staying in the suites attached. This was, in my opinion, a bit of a misrepresentation. To get a good view you need to make sure you are on a high floor. Make sure you have supplies of coffee/tea when you arrive as saches provided are 2.50euros each!!

The hotel had a great staff. The room was super clean, and designed extremely well, with all the amenities of an apartment. Location was terrific, just 2 blocks from the EU building and the river. Very relaxing place to stay, would absolutely return to this apartment style, full service hotel. I hope that the Adina hotel chain continues to expand though out Europe. great concept. private (and very secure) parking is expensive, but this is true throughout Frankfurt. Internet was an additional cost, which is annoying. More and more hotels are simply including internet. The internet is not like a mini-bar option. It is more like hot water, and should not be treating as an additional charge.

Great location, easy accessibility to all major attractions, excellent design on choice of colors (very bright) AC was not working in the bedroom which wasn't good especially for the small baby, even after informing the reception they didn't take any action but merely stated they do not have anyone to get it checked (being Easter holiday), pricing of tea/coffee sachets kept in the room was exorbitant (2,50 EUR for one tea bag is ridiculous)

Every thing was perfect! I would suggest getting a washing machine for guests use. The big rooms have their own washing machines but the small ones no. I think it worth it to get one shared machine for each floor.

The location of the hotel is very central, close to the Trail Station and to the main shopping area. Breakfast is highly recommended, it's a wide variety of hot and cold dishes and beverages. The view to the city is magnificent, the room is very clean. There is nothing really to complain about, just minor details like it was too hot in the room, tea bags for 2.50 and 50 Euro extra blocked from your credit card.

These are the Best Apartments we have ever stayed in during our World Travels, and also the Best Value for Money. The Staff are Excellent and all speak English and understand your requirements. The service can not be faulted, and the Apartments have Everything that you need, including washing machine and dryer, and we would recommend these Apartments to anyone. Plenty of good Restaurants within walking distance, The main shopping areas and entertainment, and sightseeing buses are also within easy walking distance. All in all a Fantastic Place to stay. We will definately stay here when we are in Frankfurt. There is Nothing that we disliked about these Apartments.

The room was well decorated and the shower was big. The sofa provided an extra bed, if needed. The mini bar inside the room was very expensive. The tv on the wall were awkwardly place on the walls. I had a do not disturb sign when we left for a city walk and when we came back, the maid had came in anyways to fix the room. The parking is a hassle if you don't get there early because it's limited and you have to pay to park, adding to your total bill. Getting out of the parking lot takes driving skills since you have to make a u turn just after you exit the under ground parking lot. I believe breakfast should have been included on the price of the hotel but it wasn'T. It was 19.95 Euros per person.

The hotel is completely new and the rooms are very big with a small kitchen. Sofa, big tv screen big bed, very comfortable wi-fi is quite expensive, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the central station.

Stayed in a large room, 34 sqm, with a balcony on the 15th floor overseeing the Frankfurt skyline. Nice design in room, hotel amenities. Well equipped kitchenette, with a espresso pod machine (see negative note though...) Close to the ECB and communications. Charging for coffee capsules? That seemed a tad stiff.

The hotel is very conveniently located between the main train station, the shopping precinct and the business centre. The rooms are a good size and the kitchens are well set up. The walk from the station to the hotel at night is not so pleasant as you need to walk through the seedier part of town. If you take the main street rather than the back streets it is okay.

Location, Staff's attitude, Cleanness, Secure parking, breakfast... All the things were very satisfied. Highly recommend. The only reason that I chosen this hotel was swimming pool. My 2 year baby really like swim with frog tube. But, the water temperature was very cold also for me and my wife. We couldn't use more than 10min. Also, sauna was not hot. It seemed not working. The only but very important dissatisfied thing is this for me.

We had a premium room with magnificent view over the bank towers. Everything was very stylish and new. They normally charge for internet, but since the confirmation through booking.com promised free internet, we got a voucher at the reception.

I love this hotel! very quiet and relax. Hotel is new room is big and really comfortable. If you walk with big baggage from main station to hotel I think a little bit hard. Hotel is not close to shopping street but easy to go by train. But you can walk to Romerburg. Hotel pool is quiet small. No free internet.

This is a very pleasant hotel - the rooms are well furnished with comfy beds and the swimming pool is a real treat with children. It's handy for the main station and not far from shops. We booked a 2 bed apartment and got 2 separate rooms. We therefore wasted the entire second bedroom - our children could not be left there alone so we had tocrowd into one bed. The bedroom was clean but someone's old socks were in the wardrobe which was a bit unpleasant!

Very cosy hotel, excellent location, good breakfast and a nice apartment - although it came out that they don't have two bedroom apartments at upper floors (or at least that's what they told to us :) We were a bit disappointed to the views. Be sure to ask a room from floor 7 to 16, otherwise you'll see only the opposite (not that beautiful) building across the street.

Loved the location, new & modern decor. Loved the pool. The dining was excellent. The food was of a very high standard and delicious. The dining staffvery offered friendly and prompt service. It was nice change to find everything so clean also and well presented. Surprisingly, we found the bed very uncomfortably firm. If we were staying longer than 2 nights we would have asked for a softer option. On our second day we left hotel for the day to sightsee at 9.30am. We arrived back at hotel at 2.30 to find our room had not been serviced. We thought this was strange as housekeeper was in corridor when we left earlier in the morning. The housekeeper then came to service room at 3pm when we were having afternoon nap. We said not too worry about it and just asked for some more coffee and tea. We were given coffee pods and 2 teabags. We did not have a coffee machine in our room? After asking at front desk to have more, later in the afternoon, we were told to ask at restaurant, which we though was little rude and not very helpful. It really should not be that hard to have coffee and tea bags, should it? We still did not receive any, as we did not want to ask a third time. Maybe the housekeeper could leave more than 2 packs of each in room in the first place. At other hotels there are always plenty.

Very modern, clean and family friendly orientated. Excellent equipped and excellent view and location. A little bit difficult to reach the Parking area (3 Gate doors!) The breakfast service not the best, not 100% clean the tables and very few tables so you have to wait get a free table. Few people attending. Also during dinner (8 persons) disches were not served at the same time. Nevertheless, no doubts it is an excellent Hotel.
