The location is great. The appartment is well equipped, stylish and clean. The staff was friendly and helped us with directions. They charged for everything that is not just the room and two times they dif nott advice in advance that it came with an extra charge. They charged us 10 euros per night for the baby cot. They charged 4.5 euros for room service but they took an hour to bring it to the room. At least if they charge for room service I expect to receive it on time, instead we called and the rest told us that they were really busy.

I liked the whole experience. Very close to the river, to downtown, shops, museums, outdoor cafes, etc. Easy walking distance to tram and subway, lots of good eating places , etc. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. That i could not stay longer!

Excellent staff. WiFi is expensive - most hotels provide free internet but this was 14.50 Euro per day if you took the 24 hour period. They do not offer a weekly rate which but offer shorter 12 and 3 hour rates as well but are even more expensive. Breakfast, while always delicious, was 21 Euro and that I was there for a trade fair, the room rate was very high. Both together, not good value.

Location is pretty convenient. 1. Although already pre-paid in full amount, they still asking you to let them print your credit card as a gurrantee?! 2. We check in at 13:30, the first reply from them was " the room won't be ready for another hour, you'd better to go for a walk around the city for a while", which we did, to had a reluctant walk without an umbrella ( it's raining outside!)!!! Came back about 16:00 P.M. The receptionist changed, we being ask to sign the paper again just because they lost it! I was not that happy at that time especially both of me and my wife were a little bit tired, then they said" that is because you are booking at a low room rate and so it'll be some troblesome"!!! I immediately protested about their quite bad manner! Later on they apologized and finally give us the key to our room. 3. Did not know whether or not due to the above unpleasant event, the room provided was on the back side of 3rd floor, all the view we had was some other company's office window, we had to pull all the curtains on if needing our privacy?! Room number: 305 4. Since it's mostly claudy and raining for couple days, we borrowed umbrella the next morning out, we opened it when we encountered with the rain, there's some small holes on it, which means it'll leaking inside!!! we told them that evening when we back to the reception desk. Unfortunately right next morning, they handed to us another umbrella, once we went out and opened it, wow! it's the same broken umbrella!!! From the above, their quality on management and dealing & solving the complaint from the customers surely need re-on job training urgentely!!!!!!!

Central location. Spacious room (studio). Easy, secure parking. Staff nice enough but a bit indifferent by the usual standards of German hotels. Wifi very expensive and erratic (although in the end the cost was waived by reception without my having to ask). Breakfast expensive if you order room service, and not very copious. Tiny balcony, only really suitable for smoking.

What a great location close to all museums shopping and train station. I want to thank Mirko especially with his warmth and kindness. He is extremely knowledgeable in English and will not hesitate to help you at any turn. We were on the 14th floor looking out over the Main river on the corner of the building so we had 270 degree views. Fantastic

Excellent hotel ....big rooms, modern design and comfortable. Safe underground parking. Good breakfast. Good location near to attractions and transport points ( u / tram stations). Excellent restaurant staff .( all of them )..polite , friendly, doing there best to make you feel at relaxed and enjoy you morning....better then 5 star hotels. Fast track check in/out process you will ever experience. To pay for wifi ( although its about 4 euro/3 hrs ) ...should be free for the room / apartment rate paid. Also pay for breakfast / parking. I was given studio at 2nd floor with no view what so ever despite earlier request for higher level room with good view.....reception said we r fully booked !!! reception staff ....very dry ...just wants to get rid off you as soon as possible ....no intention to do better / make you fell welcomed .....no sense of hospitality / customer care at all.they avoid to talk ...english ?

Really nice view from the 14th floor apartment over the city & river...that was the highlight; can't think of a nicer place in Frankfurt for a couple on a weekend trip etc....especially the upper floor views! Traveled with my brother who had to sleep on the sofa as there was only one double bed.

The location and environment. Having to pay extra for the internet. The room rate was not cheap at the time of the visit due to an exhibition and for the price paid internet should have been included free of charge.

Nice design , clean and clear. You have to pay for wifi. Its for free only at the bar, but only if You will by some drink, than You will get free wifi access for I hour. The swimming pool looks really big at the pictures on website but actually its more like a slop :) those are just some frustrations....
