The room was very comfortable ,quite, large and clean. The pool and spa area is very satisfactory. The bar was cozy and personel was very friendly. In the general information given at the web side,it says that breakfast is included in the apartment price.But it is not so in some bookings. It may cause problems. |

What I liked most was the swimming pool and sauna, the tastefully decorated rooms and the very central location of this hotel. I stayed in two diferent rooms in this hotel. Both were on the smae floor. One of the two was much larger than the other one, although the price was the same. |

Brand new hotel in great city centre location (about 20 min walk from and exhibition halls). Very friendly staff and excellent facilities. |

O nivel de conforto é bastante bom , os funcionarios solicitos e muito educados e sempre demonstram boa disposição em ajudar . Sua localização embora seja boa é um pouco mais complicada no que diga respeitos a restaurantes e locomação para ir-se a pé . Café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar comparado aos niveis de serviços e atendimentos . |

Geweldig apartment hotel met moderne maar warme uitstraling. centrum 2 min. lopen. Goed ontbijt. Prachtige, royale kamer met zeer goede bedden. Heerlijk zwembad met sauna en gescheiden fitness ruimte. Tapas restaurant zeker aan te raden. |

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten ein 1-Zimmer-Ap. gebucht was mich von der Größe her positiv überrascht hat. Wer allerdings abergläubig ist sollte bei reservierung bescheid geben. Ist das erste Hotel in dem ich war das einen 13. Stock hat. War uns aber egal nur sehr amüsant, da wir beide aus der Hotelbranche kommen. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Leider war ein Fleck auf dem Matratzenschutz der nicht gesehen wurde und auch am 2. Tag ignoriert wurde. Sonst war alles saube. |

Molto apprezzabile la posizione centrale, ma non lontano dalla Fiera. Tranquillo, silenzioso, luminoso (bel panorama dai piani alti). Arredo degli appartamenti molto curato. Personale gentile. Atmosfera rilassata. Trattandosi di un hotel/residence, evidentemente la pulizia delle camere viene eseguita solo alla fine. Il bagno è stato abbandonato a se stesso per tre giorni, un asciugamano sporco che era stato gettato per terra a significare che andava cambiato è stato rimesso al suo posto. Va bene risparmiare sul personale per contenere i prezzi, ma i servizi di base vanno assicurati. E' poi molto sgradevole che, come in tutti gli hotel di Francoforte, durante le fiere i prezzi vengano raddoppiati, quando va bene. D'accordo, è la domanda che fa il mercato, ma questo è un po' troppo, e -strano a dirsi- in Italia, o quanto meno a Torino, in occasioni analoghe non succede. |

Konumu ve odalarının rahatlığı, şıklığı Personeli deneyimsiz, bu nedenle ciddi hatalarda bile özür dilemeyi bilmiyor, saygısızlık yapıyor ve açıklama yapmadan konuyu geçiştirmeye çalışıyor. Personelinin eğitilmesi gerek. |

Hotel is geopend sinds 1 oktober 2009. Alles is dus nieuw en super netjes. Hele grote kamers compleet met keuken incl.VW., Wm., WD.,leuke stereo met docking voor I-pod. 2 grote plasma tv'S. Mooi RVS-zwembad met spiegelend plafond, goede sauna. Parkeergelegenheid tot 3,5m. hoog, locatie vlakbij Willy-Brandt Platz in centrum. Personeel receptie super vriendelijk. Echte aanrader! Als je naar de wellness wil, kun je alleen voor de receptie langs? Vond ik een beetje raar in badjas, met al die incheckende mensen voor de balie... |
