Nothing was bad

I chose this hotel as i've stayed there before and it was just as impressive the second time 'round. The rooms are comfortable, clean, well-designed and quiet. Facilities are excellent. Didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that. I highly recommend it.

It's was in a perfect location an it was in walking distance to all of our attractions & parks :D it's was an lovely hotel an 5star * the people were friendly nice an the rooms were excellent :D

The comforter on the bed was two twin-sized halves rather than one large queen/king-size whole. They are probably easier to clean/replace but it's almost like sleeping in a kid's bed.

Great location - within walking distance of Frankfurt Hbf and only 2 minutes walk away from the nearest U-Bahn and Tram stops. About 2 U-Bahn stops from the main shopping street. The facilities in the room were also great! Stove complete with utensils and cooking implements. We enjoyed being able to make some of our own meals. Together with other appliances such as ironing board, toaster, kettle etc. The room was large for its price as well. Spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was superb in all aspects, lovely relaxing rooms very friendly helpful staff and superbly located for everything we wanted on our weekend break. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms are very comfortable and feel almost like a home away from home. I arrived very early in Frankfurt (7am on a Saturday) and I was allowed to check in immediately, which was really cool. Staying on upper floors (14 in my case) offers great view over the city and its buildings. Swimming some laps in the indoor pool after a long day walking in the city is also priceless. The breakfast is great as well, with everything you can possibly wish for, from pancakes to bacon, and there's even salmon if you feel like it. Nothing negative to say about this hotel really.

Very nice apartments.Everything provided .Very comfortable.Tv in bedroom also a bonus.Good location close to underground station and trams ,nice views over river.short walk to shopping.Nice bar and swimming pool.Would definetly stay again .

Found accomodation rates expensive,They really increase prices during exhibitions .but everybody does.
