Adina Apartment Hotel Hamburg Michel    

very spacious,clean and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment.The location is perfect,you can walk anywhere from the hotel.There is a bakery and a supermarket next door.

My apartment was out of this world. Pure, unadulterated luxury with a clean modern feel. The staff were truly amazing. Faciliies also op drawer. My profound thanks to the beautiful ladies working the dawn shift in reception that chased down my taxi for me on New years day. I almost missed my ridiculously early flight and would have, had they not cared enough to stop the driver from leaving. I owe them a debt of gratitude. I could have been stranded. The Adina aparthotel is extremely worthy of its rating. Not surprised it's won so many awards. It's expensive, but worth every penny. I will certainly be staying there again on my next visit to Hamburg. 5 stars all the way for me. :)

Nothing! Although, the only thing missing was a Spa! And Spa services. That's what the wellness centre could do with. Then the hotel would be pure perfection. :)

Swimingpool was fantastic.The food was very good.The staff was helpful. All was fine.

That you have to pay for parking. I payed for 24 hours internet, and maybe i stayed 2 hours online, and after 15 hours had to pay again and did not understand why if i payed for 24.

This was our third stay with older children before Christmas. We choose Adina Michel becuase the location is very good. The rooms are spacious and the perconal is very nice and you feel welcomed.

No tea towels in kitchen area Hard mattresses The staff failed to charge my credit card as planned when I booked, leading to embarrassing scene at checkout, and my needing to find 300 euros I thought had already been taken out of my account.

Ideal location - walking distance to popular tourism and main shopping areas S and U Bahn stations very close, small supermarket and bakery on the same street. Hotel itself very well appointed, super facilities and very helpful and friendly staff - home from home.

Very nice room, well laid out. Prefer bath to shower. Quiet room, overlooked courtyard. Pool very nice. Great central location, near harbour, city tours, St. Michel church. We were only there 1 full day, but went to St Michel church and did a city tour and walked alot. Very enjoyable, thankyou, we would like to come again but being from Canada its is a long way to travel.

Should have had two bath gowns as we were two people and slippers to walk to pool. Should have free internet in rooms for guests.

The apartment was roomy, comfortable and nicely equipped. We were halfway through our vacation and having a clothes washer and dryer was very helpful. The location was also a plus as we were able to walk to the port area easily. The parking garage was especially convenient for transporting luggage to our room and for ease of coming and going with our car.

The room was comfortable and very well laid out with well equiped kitchenette area.

The charge for internet connection which increasingly should be provided free, and the extremely high (€22) charge for secure parking below the hotel as this was effectively essential given the lack of alternative on street parking close to the hotel.

Very clean, good looking, new hotel with everything worth seeing in Hamburg a stone throw away. Good beds and in general the furnishings are of a very good quality. I really liked the spa and the staff was extremely helpful (I called to the reception twice to request some things and the wait before someone was less than 5 minutes).

Very expensive breakfast, 19 euros p.p., while literally 20m down the road theres a 'Dat Backhus' where for 7 euros p.p. you get the same full breakfast.

The Hotel has no particular actractive conditions but can not be considered as a "not recomendable Hotel"

Relation price/quality is to high!

A great place to stay. Has all the little things from home - at a hotel. Staff was helpful when I called in late and late (very late) check in was not a problem. Room was spotless, full of everything you need, want and thing you could want. F-u-l-l kitchen including cooking utensils, dishwasher, stove - everything spotless and brand new. Washing machine and dryer in the room . Living room and bedroom both with TV's. Hottub and sauna are great! Close to the metro, bistro, supermarket and city center.

Pool was very very cold - this is a comment which has come up many times and yet nothing is being done. Breakfast isn't cheap - 19Euro a pop - supermarket and bistro 100 meters away - just buy everything there and get back to the room to cook and eat - much more fun anyway! Wifi isn't free- for the price and quality of the facility, one can expect otherwise.

The apartments were lovely, all very modern and well set out. Staff very helpful.

The breakfast was pricy despite it being included in the room rate and was really NOT worth it especially as there is a bakery and supermarket just down the street. Happy 'hour' was 5 - 7pm but service was so slow despite us being in the bar at 6.45pm waiting we could not get the half proce happy hour offer. No 'classic' builders tea available but plenty of herbal teas, sadly i need a tea to kick start me in the mornings.

I expected a sofa bed in the sitting area which wasn't there so we ended up paying for an extra bed.

The studio we had was spacious, clean and well stocked. The hotel was in a good location (we arrived by ship) and a short walk into the main town or to the harbour (its easy to get to Wonderworld). The leisure facilities were excellent and we enjoyed using them.There are plenty of local shops (bakers who do breakfast, supermarket and lots of resturants).

Excellent helpful and friendly staff, new clean property, rooms are nicely furnished and equipped with essential appliances, Beds are so comfortable and clean.

The Hotel Car Parking daily charges is relatively expensive.

Relaxing stay whether you are cooking for yourself or eating out. Ive stayed at 3 other Aparthotels locally and it is by far the best

Excellent apartment. Great location. Quirky and interesting style and design. I had a very pleasurable experience here, and got to see all of Hamburg from a very central location.

Didn't really bother me, but it was probably not necessary for the cleaning staff to ring every day to offer housekeeping, even when I put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door.
