Rude staff, filthy. Avoid!

The hotel itself is really nice, rooms are clean, wine glasses in the room are a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious.

Location is kinda shady... It's less than an hour walk from the city centre, but it is highly recommended to take a tram or a bus as the streets don't really feel safe.

Booking and confirmation quickly. The hotel and rooms are clean and warm. Convenient transport links for travel on public transport. Not far from shops and services. A quiet comfortable place. Thank you.

Convenient location not far from tram and two ferry stations, but nevertheless silent room, kind helpful staff, free wi-fi at room, free parking place right behind the hotel, wide suitable bed

Small bathroom, but only in one of two rooms, other one was huge

The hotel was is a quiet location with a lot of buildings undergoing renovations, which meant we preferred to catch a taxi when venturing out during the night. Staff were very friendly and spoke English which was good for us. The rooms we were given were on separate floors and different sizes but both adequate for our needs. Clean rooms with quality toilet paper (always a sign of how they value the customer). Breakfast was enjoyable and plenty of it. There was a small set of stairs to the reception and then a lift. The staff were very helpful to organise places for eating and taxis. Considering the amount of people at breakfast, the hotel was busy and we really enjoyed our brief stay. Value for money but definitely not in the heart of Leipzig.

As we entered the 1st floor we could smell cigarette smoke, very strong and the room we were given smelt heavily of smoke. We opened the windows to air the room and this helped. (We requested non-smoking). The other room on the 2nd floor had no smell of cigarettes. There were families above us and down the hall. The children (young) could be heard running around and jumping above our room and down the hall. (As we are older we understood that it was raining and the children were stuck indoors. (We were only one night so weren't worried about this). The stairs also were old and made lots of noise. Train immediately behind the accommodation, this could annoy others but didn't worry us. Internet access was available but we were unable to access some of our regular sites.

Its right next to a S-Bahn station, so very handy to get into the city centre.

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe der City und mit S-Bahn und Straßenbahn sehr gut zu erreichen und war preiswert.

Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern der Homepage. Reinigung der Zimmer sehr schlecht. Aufgebackene Brötchen, 1 Woche lang die selbe Wurstauswahl bestehend aus 3 Sorten Mortadella, 1 Salami und 1 Käse sowie 1 Camembert. Frische Obst sollte täglich nachgeschaut werden.Rührei sollte um 6.30 h zu Beginn der Frühstückszeit noch warm sein.

Badewanne ohne Duschmöglichkeit, Fahrt bis City ca. 15-20 Min., abends düstere Umgebung, evtl. Problem für alleinreisende Frauen

dürftiges Frühstück (ist sicherlich dem Preis geschuldet), sehr laut, da noch alte Holzfußböden (trotz Teppich), das ganze Haus riecht nach altem Rauch, auch die Zimmer

Freier W-Lan Zugang

Wasserflecken an der Zimmerdecke, schlecht schallisolierte Fenster dadurch Lärmbelästigung von Straße und Bahn, sehr schlechtes Frühstück meist drei Sorten Billigwurst kein Schinken etc., nur weiße Brötschen keine Vollkornproduckte jedenfalls ab 09:00 ab diesem Zeitpunkt wurde nicht mehr nachgelegt so gab es regelmäßig kein Rüheei mehr, meist unbesetzte Rezeption und dann nicht einmal eine Klingel so das man erst im Haus nach Personal suchen muß

S-Bahn Station direkt neben Hotel- nur 3 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Frühstück war ansprechend angerichtet und vielfältig.

Schlüssel konnte nicht an Rezeption abgegeben werden. Das Viertel Sellerhausen, macht nicht den besten Eindruck. An der Rezeption ließ, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterin zu wünschen übrig-wirkte sehr genervt.
