Die Zimmer, der Frühstücksraum sind unpersönlich, ohne jeglichen Stil, einem 4 Sterne Hotel in keiner Weise angemessen, es ist seit den 70er Jahren wohl nichts mehr gemacht worden.

Lage Hatten Suite gebucht und bekamen nur ein DZ - Begründung am nächsten Morgen es war viel los und man hätte sich vertan Beim Einchecken unsere Buchung nicht gefunden Beim Auschecken ca. 10 min gebraucht um Rechnung zu erstellen Frühstücksraum gleicht einem Wartesaal und generelle Freundlichkeit ist nicht sonderlich verbreitet Würde dort nicht mehr buchen.

Die Tellerbrause konnte nicht abgschaltet werden und nur die Handbrause benutzt werden. Für Vegetarier war das Frühstück nicht sehr reichhaltig, es gab Wurst im Überfluß.

Location - right in the middle of Gross-Gerau, close to restaurants, shops, and less than 10 minute walk from the train station. Nice, clean, and spacious rooms, good WiFi internet connection. The room was too warm at night, with poor ventilation. Opening the window helped, but the occasional noises from the street below were annoying. Luckily, it was not too hot outside during my stay.

Ligging in de stad Receptioniste was helemaal niet vriendelijk, liet duidelijk blijken dat de kinderen te druk waren, gaf commentaar die niet gepast was. De stad Gross-Gerau is niet aangenaam meer, gebouwen zien er aftands uit, winkels zijn vroeg gesloten...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking garage is small and difficult to manoeuvre in any vehicle which is not compact.
